What a wonderful experience at one of Rome’s most surprising hidden gems. Beautiful rooms, stunning design, a truly rejuvenating spa and exceptional staff. We were especially impressed by Melissa, whose attention to detail and incredible kindness made our stay truly special

The staff and the customer service was exceptional I did not like that I had asked for a roo. With 2 beds and they never told me that they only had rooms with one bed. I wish I had known before going. They added a small bed that no one fits

The staff was great, the location was amazing, walking distance from anywhere in Rome. A nice rooftop area to eat takeaway and good AC There was a slight plumbing issue but the staff dealt with it very quickly and compensated us for our trouble.

The location and how close to you are to the Roman Forum, Colosseo, Pantheon, Trastevere, etc., as well as the style of the hotel, breakfast and friendly staff. Great hotel and even more amazing city! The property can be difficult to reach by car/taxi, so if you’re in a rush (going to the airport), plan accordingly. Also, the spa is 35€/hour, which was not mentioned while booking. Please be aware that there is also a 6€ p.P. per night city tax, which we were also told only at checkout. Everything else was great!
