Albergo Santa Chiara Hotel Rome

Staying in a historic building that is part of a historic complex one minute from the Pantheon. You feel immersed in the Roman history.

This properly has a boutique feel. The location was excellent - a stones throw from the Pantheon! Staff were super nice and helpful; they even mailed an outfit I left at the hotel out to me and were patient whilst I sorted the address and payment. The breakfast was ample to set you up for a day of exploration. Not the fault of staff or the property and it wasn’t an issue for me but the location meant it was very noisy at all hours of the night into the early hours with crowds of people in the side street and square at 3am. I was also on the first floor overlooking this space. If you value sleep whilst travelling or it bothers you I wouldn’t recommend this hotel or I recommend earplugs!

Hotel Albergo Santa Chiara is one of my favorite hotels. It is lovely and small. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast is amazing and they were very accommodating. My favorite part of the hotel is a small garden sitting area. Lovely to have glass of wine and relax after a day of sight seeing. The rooms on the street can be bit noisy but you are right behind the Pantheon.

The location was unbeatable. Close to all of the major attractions in Rome. The staff were so genuinely helpful and kind and welcoming.

Excellent location

My room was so loud, people yelling in the alley all night long every night. Terrible for sleeping. There was a bike race the day I was leaving, it would have been nice for the hotel to make guests aware of the race and the fact that the streets surrounding the area would be closed making it impossible to get a taxi. The entire area was absolutely flooded with people missing trains and flights because it was literally impossible to get a taxi within the area.

The location was excellent. It's a 5-minute walk from the Pantheon and many other architectural attractions. The breakfast was excellent. The room was very clean. The shower was very small, but manageable. If you are a big person, you would have a problem getting in and out of the shower. Maybe this is why they waited to see me to suggest this room "upgrade". I'm pretty small! : )

Wonderful stay! The hotel has a perfect location, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The breakfast was excellent, with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. Our room was very nice, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

Location was amazing, just off the Pantheon on a quiet side street, but in the center of everything. Room was great, roomy and with a desk as well as bed and side tables. Breakfast buffet had a good variety of options. The common areas were clean, classy and convenient for those wanting to spend time outside of the room. Shower was super narrow and tricky to get into - big angled step up from the sunken bathroom. As with most European bathrooms, no counter space, but made it work.

Excellent location, clean facilities. Street noise woke me up but there isn’t much they can do about that.

Beautiful hotel in a great location just near the Pantheon but on a quiet street away from the crowds. Nothing!! We have been visiting here for nearly 30 years and are always grateful when there might be an available room!

The location was perfect. You could walk to all the great sites. Breakfast was a very good variety and the hotel is very comfortable and so clean! Nothing
