Location excellent and staff very good. Food and dinner experience was terrible. After we pointed out the rocket (salad) was spoiled - they disagreed but wouldn’t taste it. Kitchen didn’t appreciate the feedback.

We had a wonderful stay at Pantheon Iconic Rome Hotel. The location is truly amazing — right in the center of everything yet surprisingly calm and quiet, which made it the perfect base for exploring Rome. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and always welcoming. A special thank you to Derya, who made some very thoughtful gestures for our birthday weekend. It was such a kind touch and made the experience even more memorable. We really appreciated the attention and care. Overall, a fantastic hotel with great service and an unbeatable location. We would happily stay here again. Does not have convenient work area if you plan to do any meeting/calls during your stay.

Very expensive hotel but The room had bad smell. The hotel had to suggest for us 3 rooms until they found one without the bad smell. We ordered private spa room for 80 Euro and when we got there, already in robes we found out that the jacuzzi full of dirt, such that their maintenance guy told us we can't use it!!! We left in our first night out of 3 and went to way better hotel in half-price!

Location The rooms are not very sound proof, we had 4 Reims between us and friends and every room smelt like sewage and the staff didn’t want to know! The hotel was very expensive for what you got Drinks and food was very overpriced
