Breakfast was not included. Location was fantastic, staff were available and very helpful. Entrance way was often left open.

The staff at this hotel are so helpful and responsive. It’s a sweet little spot.

It is right in the center of the city. Perfect for seeing all of Rome

Beds were very hard and uncomfortable in the quad room. Pillows were flat. If you have four adults in the quad room it will be a very tight fit for your luggage and to move around in.

We enjoyed this property because of the wonderful service & exceptional location. I could not say. We enjoyed everything about the property.

Very convenient and the bathroom was very clean. The water pressure in the shower was great. Very spartan accommodations, but when you are using the room for just sleeping it was a great value. The only problem is a noisy neighborhood. At 2:00 am and 4:00 am people were outside yelling and speaking very loud. Probably better windows would have made it more sound proof?!

The service and location were excellent

Great location right near Pantheon and Piazza Navaro. Easy to get to major attractions. Room was very small. Bathroom was tiny - not much room to put personal items. Room was generally stuffy and humid. No breakfast, but did have a kitchen area to eat if you brought your own food.

The person at the reception was wary irritated. Asked to call Uber for me he started yelling at me.he dint like Uber personally. Elevator was not working, it was on the very top.

Location. Poorly marked. The entry hallway has a horrible smoke smell at all hours of the day. The room is not as pictured on the website. The floor tiles are worn and coming apart. The small step on the way to the bathroom was collapsing. The bathroom smelled bad and was dirty. The beds were uncomfortable. It was extraordinarily noisy at night. There is no 24 hour desk person as is expected at a hotel.

It was central to many attractions Cleanliness, value, room too small, felt like a room instead of an actual hotel. No breakfast, coffee was not complimentary. Basic amenities were lacking. Bathroom cost be cleaner. Room felt dirty.

Loved the room-clean and comfortable. Loved the staff-kind and helpful. Lift option was helpful for my mom and luggage. Coffee machine and community area were great. Sometimes smelled smoke from other levels I assume.

It would be nice to have a breakfast included in the cost. The elevator was very small but not anything that can't be dealt with.

Location was great- close to all the attractions. Would stay there again if the noise wasn’t so much. Reviews said it was loud but that was an underestimate- you can hear everything from the front door all the way to the paper thin walls. Feels like people were in our room. Fresh towels and garbage removal daily would have been nice.
