The location was great and the actual room layout was suitable for our family. The hotel had basically no air conditioning and when we arrived the lobby was very hot but they assured us the room air was functioning properly. We all didn’t sleep all night because the air was not working and we were hot all night. I would never stay here or recommend because it was just so unenjoyable that we could not sleep. We spent most of the day out of the room so by the time we realized it was so hot it was 11 pm and the next day they told me i should have called them to come but there was nothing they could have done anyway so why call?

Breakfast good and staff friendly. The roof bar was lovely and staff there were excellent including receptions staff. Great location. The rooms are noisy. Passages is tiled and hear every noise and persons walking past. Especially early when someone check out early with their suitcase's and late when people come to the room. Aircon in room fine but no aircon at reception area. Very very hot.

It was perfectly located- super clean and updated- it was lovely. The staff was very friendly and helpful- we had a great stay We had no complaints! It was a great stay- we would stay there again!

Absolutely perfect location! Easy walk to Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Spanish steps - great place to stay. Staff was fantastic and roof top bar was so fun.

Our stay at Palazzo Navona Hotel was wonderful, all the staff were very friendly & helpful. Ilenia in particular was a delight. The location is excellent.

Staff were incredibly attentive and friendly. Best I have come across. Location was great for exploring Rome. Room was clean and cool.rooftop bar was brilliant for nite cap

Breakfast options Soap container was not filled even after asked for. Iron was dirty when brought up to room. Staff was not pleasant and friendly. Terrace is not open early for coffee, they open at 9:00.

The locaton is central to most attractions and close to literally hundreds of restaurants and bars. The staff are so helpful, really welcoming The rooftop bar is very expensive
