The lift

Property was good and location wise. The elevator kinda off to me, but its works good.

We were just there for an overnight stay, so the location was ideal being so close to the train station. The room was basic, but clean and well put together. The entrance is unassuming, but needs work. It was a little strange to walk into this empty are and have to go up stairs to get to the elevator which took you to the lobby. It was also a noisy night being so close to the station.

The location near termini and the staff behavior I lost some money inside the room that I didn’t know about until the receptionist called me to retrieve it. The entrance / the view of the room from window / the doors were not canceling noise as required.

Bathrooms were so tiny lol but totally fine

Hard to get up the stairs . A very small elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The location was perfect, with transportation easily accessible everywhere, making it convenient to reach key spots around the city. The reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and well‑maintained. The hotel was well equipped — everything you need is there. The Wi‑Fi connection was reliable. Overall, the combination of excellent location, great service, and comfortable amenities made my stay in Rome truly enjoyable.

When arriving to our room we smelled a sewage like smell in the bathroom, after taking a shower we noticed that the water was leaking from the drain on the floor and the sewage smell became even worse. We had to keep the bathroom door close and windows open through our whole stay . When voicing the complaint to the reception desk it was stated they could not do anything at the time until the manager came back the next morning. They stated if we were staying more than one night they could move us to a room ,but since we were only staying one night everything was full. During the night we needed more towels because our bathroom was leaking, when asked the receptionist for more towels ,he stated “I don’t have a key for the towels ,I’m just the night shift worker . You’re going to have to wait until the morning for more towels”.On top of dealing with the odor and lack of accommodation from employees, the shower door handles also was broken and not working properly. If you need to stay in Rome , I would certainly look for another option instead of this hotel, the price is way to expensive for the quality of stay you will receive.

The location was perfect. It was in a perfect area right down the street from the train station. You can not beat that at all. The were tons of food option near by. I didn't like the elevator it was extremely small , slow & old. Also there was only one power outlet in the room & it was located in the bathroom.

We arrived at 4 and they told us our booked room wasn’t available and they were giving us a bigger room . They said the room would be ready at 5. I told them it wasn’t a problem because we had to return the car . We returned at 520 and the room wasn’t ready . The front desk said it would be 5 minutes and it ended up being close to 30 minutes . I don’t rush the staff because I was worried the room wouldn’t be cleaned properly . When we got to the room I notice the bathroom floor had water all over it . When we went to our room it was very close to reception and it was the original size I booked . Being so close to reception we could hear everything . They were many people making noise throughout the night . I noticed there was no shampoo in the shower and when I asked for shampoo they said they didn’t have any .

The size of my room was nice and big since I booked a large room. The bathroom looks like it was newly renovated as well. there was a kettle but no cup or tea/coffee to make in the room. A small tray with them on would be a nice addition. Additionally, complimentary slippers would be a good addition to the room that I booked, whether it be cheap or nice looking.

It's like a home away from home. Everything i need are provided. The rooms are cleaned daily and the linens are changed crisp and clean daily. I like its proximity to the Roma Termini. And i love the feeling of security and safety of the place being on the 3rd floor. No kettle for me when I need hot water in the evening to drink my tea.

It is very close to the main bus and train hub, very central to all the sights and has easy access to transport. The room is very small, the water pressure is very low, the hot water system is very unpredictable, sometimes scalding hot water and sometimes freezing cold water comes out of the shower head and it is very dangerous and unpleasant to take a shower. There are no amenities at all in the room, just a small kettle, no coffee or tea making facility, the fridge does not work and the staff took it out to mend it.
