Ac wasn’t the best

Location is perfect; 35min walk to Coliseum, 45min to Trevi fountain, 60min to Vaticani Museums. 35min train ride to Rome Fiumicino airport. Plus there are several bus stops in a close proximity. The area is generally safe, there are some homeless people closer to the train station but you will see police patrolling the surroundings. You can get a quick yet delicious breakfast at the train station, it’s like a mall. The room is small but it has everything you need! Beautiful decor and mirrors make it really pleasant. AC is in the room. Shower stall is tiny, water pressure is great and the bathroom itself is really big. Staff is friendly and speak English. The cleaning team is doing great job. We had a nice stay there! None.

Location! Broken fixtures. Loud streets in the evening. Sound from closing doors in the corridors in the evenings.

Help us after check-out, 11 am, to store our luggage till afternoon. It was nice. Staff: The staff member for check-in were entirely unprofessional. They lacked basic kindness and were utterly unhelpful throughout our 3-night stay. Breakfast: The breakfast was bad. Both the quality of the food and the diversity of the options provided were incredibly poor. Room & Comfort: The bed size was disastrous. It was far too small for two adults and looked like it was meant for two children. Furthermore, the room climate was unbearable. We were on the 4th floor, and if we opened the window to cool down, the street noise was incredibly loud. However, if we closed the window to block the noise, the room became unbearably hot.

I stayed here during January 2026 and had another reservation for 1 Feb. However, on 30 January the hotel canceled my booking and made a booking for me without my consent at another hotel. Read the Booking reviews and you will see thay have done the same to other guests. I refused to stay in the other hotel because of its low Booking.com reviews. All my Booking messages are ignored by the hotel and they did not refund the money I paid them

The room was extremely small (we booked a standard room with a queen bed) — there was barely any space to move around. And there were no coffee-making facilities in the room at all. I expected at least a kettle and some basic coffee supplies, but there was nothing. If you want your first coffee in the morning, you have to go out or have breakfast downstairs — you can’t have it in the bed.

Strategical and fair option

This hotel canceled my reservation and sent me to another hotel which has bad Booking.com reviews and has a low rate for cleanliness, facilities, and value for money. I went to look at the other hotel but refused to stay there because it was not acceptable. Please see reviews of other guests who were threated the same by this hotel. This hotel refuses to reply to 3 of my Booking messages and is refusing to refund the money I paid them when I initially reserved the room.

Excellent location, quit and very near from Roma Terminal to catch train, metro and tour buses. Hotel staff are very good and supportive. Good cleaning in complete hotel. Bathroom was neat and clean. 24Hr helpdesk for checkin and checkout. Good wifi in all area. Brakefast items were limited and cold, sitting area was ok, neat and clean. Room size was compact for a single room. Shower are in the bathroom was very compact, not comfertable for adult or healthy person to take shower. No jetwater tab, you have to use tissues.

Location is great, close to train station and therefore well connected to anything. The room is small, not truly clean, and it was very very cold. Plus a bad strong smell from some cleaning products. Everything in the room is old and it's 4 star rating is so far away from the zone of real. Basically it's a 2 star comfort with 4 stars on the door.

Staff were great. Very pleasant especially Annalisa and Angel. Breakfast was ok. Location was good being right next to train station. Hotel is not a 4 star, more like a 2 star. Very dated and in need of renovation. Room was small but adequate. Shower was ridiculously small and not as clean as it should be. Marks and dirt on walls. Holes and patches on walls. Bed was not comfortable.

Location was super convenient and the staff were very friendly. We also liked how we could keep our bags there after checkout while we walked around.
