Location was good. Hotel was clean. The shower in the bathroom wasn’t very comfortable to use.

Room was enough. Bed comfortable. The attitude of the staff. The Indian gentleman of the evening is rude & hostile. He informed me only 24 hours BEFORE arriving that I couldn't check in at 11pm because they close counter at 10pm. This hotel is 1 block away from Termini Station, mid Rome! He suggested I sleep in the airport and arrive at 8:30 when they open. I was flabbergasted. No cancelation or reimbursement was accepted. BEWARE OF THIS HOTEL.

Good location, good staff, good value for money, everyday our room was organized, safe place, would come back again Nothing much, as a 2 star hotel at good location, you get good value for money.

it was good for one sleep and the location was good for our trip we didnt have heat in our room, the ac wasnt working at all, they had for heating only radiators in their site and when we went there they said that they didnt work and finally we had a little rust under the bed. And we didnt have slippers for the room

Elevator was cool. All of our rooms were great. Convenient everything… to train out of Rome and to busses for getting around Rome. I was great. My elderly mother couldn’t do the stairs and the elevator is small for her. However, the rest of our family was good for getting up to the third floor.

On the positive side, the location is great — everything you might need (restaurants, shops, attractions, public transportation) is nearby and easy to reach. The hotel was unfortunately below expectations. • Despite cold weather (around 10°C), there were no blankets provided -only thin bedsheets, which made the nights uncomfortable. • Basic amenities were missing: no Q-tips, no slippers, and overall felt underprepared for guests’ needs. • Very poor soundproofing -I could clearly hear guests in the next room snoring and talking. • The entire property felt old and rusty, lacking proper maintenance or upgrades. Would not recommend if you’re looking for comfort or a good night’s sleep.

The staff could barely speak English, but we managed to find a way to communicate :)

The elevator is too tiny small, if you have more than 2 luggage then you have to take 2 times. And the worst is there is absolutely no soundproof in the room, you can hear everyone talking in the corridor and even the voice from other rooms.

Very clean! Super close to Termini. Super friendly check-in lady. Easy check in and check out. Good AC! The shower didn’t drain properly. There was no kettle as advertised in the description. Old building, so the lift is very narrow…could only fit one person with their luggage. A little tedious, but not too bad.

Nothing This is not a hotel but 2 apartments split into several partition rooms within each apartment Don’t know why this kind of accommodations are on Booking.com Price is same as a 4 star Hotel It has a confined space with no ventilation AC of very small capacity

Very solid experience for the price and the man working reception was very helpful upon check in
