Hotel Assisi

We loved the location and how friendly the staff was. It was odd that the front desk controlled the air conditioning in the room, but it was fine.

Staff. Extremely helpful and accommodating. The location very nearTermini is excellent because of proximity to trains, Metro, Leonardo Express to airport and buses. Lack of plain cornettos at breakfast. Disappointing for lactose intolerant persons!

Friendly, helpful staff. Close to Train and Bus station. Close to several restaurants. Shower was very small, but had great water pressure! They didn't have washcloths, like most European Hotels. Really miss those, but would have been surprised if they had them. Breakfast was just a continental breakfast, not a hot breakfast. However restaurants nearby offered a limited hot breakfast.

Check in was friendly and helpful. The room had a nice window for people-watching and two very comfortable twin beds. There was a good selection of beverages, breads and cold items for breakfast. We thought it was most courteous to offer us a stay in another hotel when we could not get rid of the urine odor in the bathroom. Our bathroom had a puddle of urine which appeared from behind the wall, perhaps from an overflowing toiled in the adjacent room. We cleaned it up but the odor was pretty awful. Still, they did offer another lodging option. The slipcovers on the wooden chairs were pretty dirty. The paint was peeling from most all the walls. A good scraping, sanding and a coat of paint might have brought the place up to the three stars posted outside the front door.

Location was convenient and safe. Rooms and linens were clean. Staff was courteous. The rooms could use updating. But that would likely increase the nightly price.

Location, size of room and breakfast room were all adequate. Location is close to buses and train station. Hotel small but comfortable. Nothing.

Location was good, staff very nice. Good ample breakfast The toilet sometimes didn’t work. The elevator sometimes didn’t work. The room was very very small. The toilet and shower area was extremely small. Noise from the street. The hotel is old and tired looking.

First, all the staff were wonderful. They were always willing to help in any way… giving us directions, calling a cab, or suggesting restaurants. It was quaint yet the rooms were modern. All new rooms with comfortable beds, great showers and a bidet and amenities like makeup removers, and slippers. They even made us lattes and cappuccinos!! Breakfast was good and offered us many options. Great location near to the Neto bus stop, train station and many restaurants right down the block. It was a wonderful hotel!! I recommend highly to people!!

Breakfast was above expectations, quite a choice. The location is excellent, 5 mins walk to the main train station and still in a quiet street. The bed could have been a bit Sister.
