Hotel Dell'Urbe

The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is located on the fifth floor, and my room had a window, which made it feel bright and well-ventilated. The air quality was much better than at another hotel I stayed at in the same area. The room was clean, and the high ceiling made it feel even more spacious. Overall, this was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to Italy. I would definitely stay here again. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the shower head couldn’t be adjusted, which was a little inconvenient. The shower area was also quite small, so it was difficult to avoid getting splashed by the cold water while waiting for the hot water to come through. That said, these were only minor inconveniences and were completely acceptable. Overall, I still had a very pleasant stay.

The shower area was really small. If you're a big person like me, it will definitely be hard to move around.

Location The view of the room was on middle of some buildings and hanging clothes from balconies.

Thanks for special case after long trip. Hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Location is really good ? Kettles or tap water is bit weird, maybe better to renew them. Single room may have no place for luggage, it will be on the single corridor.

Nothing

This was my second stay. This a very basic room that gets heavy use and is priced accordingly. The rooms are clean, the hosts are polite and responsive in English, there's a lovely view of the street from the balcony. Wifi is sufficient and the location is outstanding if you're overnight between flights and trains. Lots to eat in the area including nearby grocery stores. I returned not because I remembered my last stay fondly, but because it's a very easy, practical choice.

Excellent location for a stop near Termini station. Also close to some major monuments (Roman museum, Santa Maria Maggiore).. Clean, enough for a short stay. Good value (Rome is expensive). The receptionist was helpful. A bit minimalist and bare. Room was not very large. Lighting could be better. Old elevator.

Hotel has microwave and electric kettle,minifridge. Heater in the bathroom. the mattress was too soft,not comfortable for me.

Close to the Termini. Very good customer service. Easy check in. Restaurant around the place. I could hear the neighbors.

Located near Termini. The entrance is filed with garbage, that is the first thing you see walking in. Shower is incredibly small and uncomfortable. Floor didn't feel so clean either...there were no towels left, so I literally had to use the carpet to dry myself because I wasn't waiting till the host brought it.
