The beds were soft and air conditioning was cold which was great in the heat wave. We enjoyed having a fully functional kitchen. Good for a big family. Appreciate host allowing us to stay an hour past check out. The communication was not the best from host upon arrival. I had to contact multiple times.

It was right by the train station in a nice neighborhood. Two bathrooms and plenty of beds. The owner was accommodating with our schedule. Nothing. We had a wonderful stay

Lack of communication until the last minute messaging many times but no confirmation how to check in. We need to call when we already at the location

Communication with the host was unfortunately lacking. Check-in instructions were not provided, and despite multiple attempts to contact the host, no response was received.

great location and spacious room the person we are in contact with for the property is not responsive. on the day itself of the check-in i have not receive any instruction for the check-in, we are already at property itself before i even had the message from the person giving me all the information needed. that is very frustrating. they should change that kind of behaviour

everything was amazing! A group of 10 people felt completely comfortable. We were also pleasantly surprised that the apartment had 2 toilets and 2 showers - it was very convenient! I highly recommend this place .

Location is great, but there were lack of communication , we arrived at the property and had no clue on what do to , loockely someone that had helped us the flat is old , I have asked to stay until 12 they said no and nobody arrived to clean as he told us that I should live at 11 sharp I was waiting on the outside living aerea and nobody apperas to clean it , so it was a lie they had no consideration with us at all

Very good location near Termini Station. 3 separate rooms. Suitable for large groups or 2-3 families with kids. Towels were included. The nearest supermarket is 300m from the apt (at Termini Station). Few restaurants and caffes nearby. It is still a walkable distance to all major attractions but if you dont like to walk to much than all attractions are accesible by Metro lines (2 lines are crossing at Termini). The only thing I dislike is a communication with the owner. They responded in a very last moment with all details. Although at the end check in and check out went smooth and easy I would feel much more secured if my masseges were responded earlier. So if you book and get no response than dont worry. I will finaly get it:-)

Conveniently located.rooms were nice and spacious. In one of the room, ac was not working properly.

Location was good Only 1 key for 8 persons apartment. It was annoying to shear the key when company made few groups. Trash containers at the front door. Ants in the kitchen. Smell in the toilets.

Very clean and tide place. Great place for family.

The apartment it's really good for a family/group. We stayed there for three nights (8 adults + 1 child). The kitchen is full equiped. Two bathrooms are really good for a lot of people that want to take a shower at the same time. Location is VERY good. 2min walk to Termini. Café in front. A lot of restaurants nearby. To be honest there's not mut I didn't like. It was really nice. Just that the air condiotioners weren't working, but the beds were so confy and hot that no one was cold at night (on the opposite).

It's near at termini station The single beds are not comfortable and the ac in the one room doesn't work but it's fine.

Location Size

The apartment is huge, enough space for 8 people. The kitchen utilities are more than we thought. Two bathrooms are clean. The rooms are nice and clean. The location is just great, next to the train station. Not that i know now :)
