Location clean and comfortable

The owner was very nice and provided us with the correct address and his phone number before our arrival to the city. The room was comfortable and the linens were clean. The bathroom was small but tidy also. There was a hair dryer, nightstand, and closet for clothes. The location was very good only 20-30 minute walk away from all major attractions in Rome so we didn’t even take public transportation during our stay but it is readily available if needed. The AC was €10 per night but this was stated in other reviews and the stay description ahead of time so it wasn’t a surprise to us. We chose to open the windows and it was very cool and comfortable during the night. The only thing I didn’t like was a little bit of mold in the doors of the shower but it was due to the folds of the plastic doors and the humidity most likely, not a big issue for our 1 night stay but if I had to wash my long hair or stayed a few more days it might have bothered me.

Location. Proximity to station. No reply from the owner or manager despite often requested. Refused to give back money for double booking on same date despite informing weeks before. The extra room we book was already let to someone else. Therefore they steal money from us. No breakfast were offered while B&B (Bed and breakfast) is mentioned in their services. They require to pay 5 euros per night for air con which we did not use. Communication problem: there's no one to give you info in other languages than Italian, only an old man speaking Italian.

Location The guy said extra 5 Euro for Ac and then said I am giving you for free which was really sad

Location was fine It is a very dark room on ground floor and smells really bad. The house is quite run down and you hear a lot of noise. Unfortunately, the Airconditioning costs 10€ extra per day!!! Also you have to pay 6€ per person per day tourist fee. All in all I would really not recommend this place in Rome!

Great location with good food options around. Clean room. Host was responsive when our flush did not work and fixed it quickly. Hot water was there. Hair dryer was there. AC was not charged (some comments said we would have to pay for that) Room was stuffy and AC was stuck to 25 ° and won't go higher. I got a headache in the morning due to stuffiness. I would have liked a kettle.

Proximity to the train station. Hidden additional cost for air conditioning 5euro per night which we were informed of upon check in (despite saying on the booking site that it was included in the facilities). We had to ask for a shower mat to be provided and toilet paper when staying for a total of x4 nights. The closet was filled with unfolded used blankets and used food packaging. Unfortunately in addition to all of this, the property manager we liaised with was not very accommodating.

Location super close to the station and the gentlemen who welcomed me was very nice to chat with during check in. Easy smooth process :) I don’t normally use Air Conditioning so it was not a big deal for me but the extra charge for a/c is not something I’d be happy about.

Central location very convenient, There were towels, clean linen, hairdryer, soap. After arriving we called owner and we didn't wait for him long. We felt safe in the room. There are some details which can be problem like weak drains, but I guess it's because it's old building.
