Its an okay place if u just want to visit Rome. Restaurant outside is amazing and its close to the train station. U can take the bus to everything there. Host was very nice and informative. Place needs work, broke shower, camping beds, broken lamp, noisy

Spotlessly clean. Good location Heating erratic - wasn't always working. Beds were comfortable but mattress tended to slide away from metal frame. Partner ended up on floor one night. No kettle or mugs - spent a fair bit on coffees City taxes aren't included in price.

Close to Termini station (5 min walk) Walkable distance from every landmark Clean room Comfortable beds Towels and bedsheets included Surroundings of hotel is quite dirty and there are many homeless people

Nothing. Extremely dirty, rude staff, after 11PM they charge us more than 60 euros just for checking 1AM, the person who is in charge is rude and arrogant, he also charges us inside toilet which was extremely dirty and smelly, probably one of the worst Hotel we ever stayed, STAY AWAY.

Great place to stay for a short city break - so close to Termini! Our room covered all our expectation for this price. Host is nice and helpful. We were missing only a kitchen or a kettle to make a tea. If you choose this place remember about hot water limitation - other way your bathtime could be really cold.

Otima localizacao The host offered only a wool cover, which caused a very strong allergy in one of the guests.

The triple room with bathroom was fine even though the blankets were really sheets. We booked a triple room with shared bathroom for the two of us so we would have lots of space. When we arrived we were told that they refuse to give a triple room to two people regardless of our booking. They talked us into upgrading to a room with a bathroom by saying it was only 5 euro a night but they charged us 10 euro per night. Then our reservation said air conditioning was included in the room but they wanted another 10 euros a night for it. They did give it to us after a lot of arguing and our decision to not upgrade after all and get our money back. After a stressful hour long check in process we ended up in a triple room anyway. Towels are not free either.

The owner was very nice and helped us a lot! The location was also good, recommend it.

Super friendly man! we had a three person room for 5 euros more instead of a two person. the boss also gave us a map of Rome when we arrived and explained to us what we definitely must do and which walks he recommended for us.

The location was fine. The window was not opening, because it was blocked, so just for the last day we got some air. (35-40 degrees it was) For using the AC, extra charges were required. On the last day we could leave the luggage just until 3 pm so we missed our ticket to colosseum and were really upset because of this. Of a hostel we expect at least that it is possible to leave the luggage till evening. To leave the luggage at the station costs 5 eur, which the host suggests us to do. We were not really happy with the stay, since we travel a lot we know there are better options, as well jn italy we had more welcoming experience after this.
