Excelent location being very close to Termini station. A very simple room that fills exactly what was announced. Location

Close to railway station
-
So close to terminal and lovely room.

Great location 5min walk from the train station Room was basic but clean Value for money for the area Be aware if you have mobility issues you will need to haul suitcases up a few steps before getting a tiny lift to the room

Good location, close to the train station. The room was clean. The breakfast was coffee with a croissant which is not worth to order. Uncomfortable bed with worn out mattresses, and very hard pillows - like stones.

Neighborhood was nice The room was clean We enjoyed our stay

The B&B was very central, just across the road from Roma Termini. The apartment is large, well decorated and very clean. My room was a good size with a private toilet and shower room. The bed was large and comfortable with a huge ceiling fan above. There was adequate air conditioning, a fridge and a TV. The host was very friendly and made sure I was looked after when needed. There was a cupboard and drawers to store my belongings with a good range of lighting within the room. I would advise anyone looking for an affordable and central room to stay at this B&B. The location was fantastic and the lady who lives in the property was very friendly and made me feel safe. There was not anything I did not like.

Location in excellent. The place isn't particularly fancy, but it offers just what a traveler needs. It's clean and the staff is attentive.

The location (1) Dirty kettle. We only discovered the 2nd day that it was moldy and we’ve already got water and drank from it (2) Went inside our room on the 2nd day when we were outside to change bedspread. But we didn’t ask for someone to come inside to change beddings etc. We had used mugs so they should have washed and changed those also then if they wanted to clean the room.

- Excellent location next to Roma Termini train station and metro - Weak WiFi in the room - Noisy street, you need to sleep with the windows closed - Old amenities, would require renovation - No common area to socialize or kitchen to prepare own breakfast
-
Convenience, close to main station, and restaurants etc. Clean, nice outlook across street To old buildings. Very old needs major facelift. No a/c remote. So no a/ c! Only one coffee mug. No tea No milk only one sachet of instant coffee. No WiFi details. No reply to our messages at all!!

Good location to the train and attractions Hard to find

Central location in an easy-to-find street full of trees, in walking distance from the train station. The room was neat and tidy, with regular cleaning. Our host was polite and kind. The power socket didn't work on one side of the bed, and there's no rug inside, or in front of the shower. Also, the wifi on the door did not work, although we didn't ask about it either.

Sporcizia

The street is noisy so when I arrived I was a bit worried about sleeping. However, all was fine. When closed, the windows are soundproof and there is air conditioning so it was not hot. I slept very well. Also, I wholeheartedly recommend Piccolo Spazio, a trattoria around the corner, for simple, delicious food, good prices, and very welcoming staff. The shower was good - hot and plenty of pressure, but the shower head could have been a bit higher as I am tall and there was no bath mat, so there was water on the floor, which I wiped up with my towel. But these are very small matters and did not have a big influence on my stay :)

Very continent location, close to the train station on the tidy part of it too. Some amazing bars and restaurants all walking distance. Room is basic but clean and all we needed for one night layover.

The location is good. The owner is like hostel warden and didn't allow us to keep our luggage after check out and suggested some tie up baggage counter for that.
