We liked that the beds and the towels plus the bathroom were all spotless. The towels were changed twice during our stay (4 days). The host was welcoming, friendly and helped us outlet whenever we needed some help. Plus an electric kettle was given to us when we needed it. The location is perfect. We will definitely stay at Fenicia hotel next time. Everything was just perfect.

Location is very good, in a safe spot, easy to find and super close to the Roma Termini. The room was also very clean, with complimentary waters. Room was scorching hot, air conditioning was not working at all. I had to open the windows to get any relief of the heat. The room is also small – it fits a couple, sure, but I would recommend more for singles.

Location excellent, barely 3 min walk from Roma Termini. Room and bathroom had all amenities listed, heating was good, hot water available. Area safe. Friendly and helpful staff. Room and toilet were both clean. Clean bed sheets. No excessive odor of room freshener. -

No frills but clean and tidy. Amazing location and value You get what you pay for But the staff are excellent and again the location incredible

Location is excellent, just a stone throw away from Roma Termini railway station. Room okay with respect to charge. Toilet could be cleaner. Wash basin was poorly designed as water would bounce off from it to the floor. Barely any gap between toilet seat and wash basin.
