Very disappointing experience overall. The hotel was dirty, poorly maintained, and the customer service was extremely unhelpful. We had a very disappointing experience staying here. We found ants in our room during the night and attempted to contact the hotel for assistance. We were told no one was available to help, despite the front desk operating 24 hours a day. No one addressed the issue until the following morning, leaving us to deal with the infestation overnight. In the morning, the hotel first stated they would clean the room, then moved us to a room directly next door. Unfortunately, the second room also had ants. We had to completely pack up and move our belongings, only for the problem to continue.At that point, it was too late to reasonably find another hotel accommodation. We have photo and video evidence from both rooms documenting the issue. The situation was not properly resolved, and the compensation offered did not reflect the severity of the experience.

The room had a very strong smell of smoke. Many things were broken, but the room was completely functional.

Not bad for cleaning I had spent at the tito hotel from 4-10 of october. I have never experienced such a horrible hotel with the price i paid. I have paid extremely high for what i got. I live in dubai and for what i paid i would get a 5 star luxury hotel. In this hotel they did not have any basic needs any hotel requires to have. The first 2 nights they sent me and my wife to another building. The room was extremely small even the bathroom door was almost touching the bed with a tiny tv thats placed in a corner and a tiny window with no view. It did not have wifi and complained about it and told me to contact their whatsapp and they gave me the password and it keeps saying its unable to connect and they couldnt resolve the problem and i had to work remotely. After the first night we wanted to cancel the rest of our stay. They told us the money would take around long time for it to be returned which we couldnt afford another hotel during our long stay without the money being returned. They moved us to another room saying it has wifi. We get to the room and it was even worse wifi both my wife and i didnt even have the network shown on our phones and the tv as well couldnt connect to the wifi. The water shower had no hot water and barley any water coming out of the shower head. It had no safe box. It had no cold AC and the lamp was not working. We had to sleep with the window opened to get some air and we couldnt sleep due to the loud crowd near the metro. We were extremely disappointed and requested these issues to be fixed, they were not able to fix any of the issues so they suggested us to move us for the third time to another room which was slightly better with wifi and AC. Throughout my whole stay no water to drink was provided, no body lotion, and only 1 soap that was used for hair, body and hands and all 3 rooms had no phone to call reception. I spend 4 nights out of 6 in the hotel without basic standards and needs specifically for what was paid.

The property is a few steps from Termini, if you have a lot of luggage and are planning to travel from Termini this is a good choice if you manage to get a discounted rate. The male recepcionist at night was kind and helpful. The property needs renovation some things are broken or torn, some furniture needs renovation as well. There was a very moody lady in the reception when we checked out, we were leaving our luggage and i just asked how she would know which was our luggage as she didnt see what luggage we had as she was behind the desk busy with someting and instead of just explaining that the luggage in the storage hall had already been tagged by her, she got visibly annoyed and angry at me and rolled her eyes at me, once I understood their luggage storage system I apologized to her as she was visibly mad with me, mind you my only mistake was asking how she would know what were our pieces of luggage, as their system is only obvious to her not to me, I understand she deals with a lot of tourist on a daily basis, but I was never disrespecful to her, she needs some training on controling her emotions.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Rome and close to everything. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, bright, and very comfortable. Everything was just wonderful — I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others! absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. AC was not working and TV as well

The room was tired and basic however there was a stench of drains the entire time from the bathroom which was very unpleasant! Very smelly room!

Location close to train station Room 301 was the worst room I guess. Hot water is a huge problem that requires a visit from hotel personal.

Looked nothing like the photos! Very very small room for 2 adults and 1 child. They tried to charge us €30 euros per night just for the cot! Didn’t even mention those charges when booking. No hot water!!! How am I supposed to wash my 1 year old baby? In cold water???? Shower head broken, we told the lady and she said someone will fix this, they never did! Dirty dirty room never cleaned once, sheets dirty! Do not recommend! Please don’t waste your money here. Get yourself somewhere else!

Very clean and bright. Excellent and very helpful staff. They obviously care about their business. Very convenient for everything. It took us a little while to find the hotel as the sign was very small and the hotel is on the 2 nd floor
