All staff were so nice and helpful. The air conditioner was a lifesaver at this time of year! The metro station near the hotel was closed for construction work, and this station was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel, so it was a really negative point, and I faced a lot of difficulties. The towels were not very clean, and a piece of artificial lashes was sticking to one of them, so I had to use my own. Thank God I had two with me!

Loved the staff, gave great recommendations for food, places to visit. The facilities were great, the rooms were comfortable and beautiful, near the center of the city.

The hotel is fantastic. Everything was perfect: staff, room, checkin, breakfast, bathrooms, location. I super recomend.

Breakfast and staff were nice. Room 111 needs some serious help. Weird wall covering with dark spots, moisture problems. Towels were thread bare every day, limited toiletries and the cheapest toilet paper ever. No air conditioning "Allowed" yet, so we had the option of leaving our window open which allowed for the smokers sitting below to share their toxins with us while we were trying to sleep. The room is dark as a cave, I think the gray covering on the walls are to cover up a moisture problem of some kind. The hotel never smelled fresh, stale air.
