Location was peaceful and wonderful. Little park and outdoor markets close by. Prati restaurant downstairs and taxis always waiting and available. Lisa was delightful and helpful, breakfast and coffee delish ? Nothing

Lisa the host was great. Despite not speaking English she was very helpful...and smiley! Cosy room, air conditioned, good breakfast in the morning, nice clean toilet. This is not a problem with the room itself, but you do need to keep in mind that the location is just outside the main tourist attractions so you will need to commute The train station is a five-minute walk, with no luggage. It is a longer walk with luggage.

Nice room with an AC, balcony and amazing backyard. Breakfast was good for the value. The housekeeping lady was very helpful and kind.

Located in a quiet neighbourhood. Not noisy. The owner reacted relatively fast to messages. The breakfast was inadequate. You have to fill out sheets of paper with your preferences, but these were not given to us until the second morning. You can not rely on getting your preferences as they might not have these items available (e.g. cereal, yoghurt, honey). The communication was extremely difficult as the manager hardly spoke any English. We had ants in the bathroom, and we had to ask for lots of dust to be removed from under the bed.

Great location, had some lovely meals in local restaurants near by. Easy access to metro and was really nice to be out of the bustle of the city centre and around less tourists. Good air con. Nice balcony and view of garden. Breakfast wasn’t great, little choice, could be easily improved. Felt the pictures made the room appear better than it was. Was left hanging around the apartment block for a bit on arrival even though asked to message when beneath the apartment. Marks on sheets. Had little interactions with hosts.

It is lovely room in the apartment building. It is not too big, but has nice terrace with garden view. Breakfast is served in the room, and that is a little uncomfortable. The host are great and communication very efficient. Neighborhood is great with nice restaurants. Bus transportation is very convenient to all part of the city. The price level is a little bit high for relatively small room.

Great location, beautiful building with private balcony, very friendly staff. Our room was quite noisy, as doors to lobby weren't soundproofed.

I can recommend this property. It was really nice to stay there. Room, bathroom and lobby was clean. Small balcony with view to the garden was really good. Breakfast was fine. I think this part of Rome is best for stay. Close to the centre but so quiet and clean. Again, I can absolutely recommend! And thank you, specially to Marco.

Lovely place in amazing location

The staff is very welcoming but I suggest as the room have thin wall to be a little bit less noisy when working in the closet!

The host is lovely. We liked the location away from the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas but close to a metro station. Lovely and quiet with a nice view from the balcony. Bathroom smelt very bad after showering each say

Marco & Lisa were very helpful & friendly! There are restaurants & marts nearby. Lepanto station is near to most tourist attractions - convenient!
