It'd be easier and less stressful if the instructions on how to access the place could be shared in advanced. It's not obvious from the outside where the B&B is.

Nice hotel for people who travel on a budget. Very friendly 24h reception. Area around is cozy with many great restaurants. A bit too far from the metro station and the walk to the station is not very pedestrian friendly in places.

Good location, everything was clean Photos in booking and what there is in reality is absolutely different. I got small room without windows… and walls are so thin than I could hear all neighbors till 00:00.. Personal also hardly speak English, only Alexander, it gets hard for people out of Italy.

The location was perfect and it was close to the bus stop and 25 minutes walking from the Vatican City. Metro train station Via Ottaviano was accessible in just 15 minutes. I was traveling with family, so i liked Prati area, it seemed a clean, ideal and safe location to stay. I think the wall between the rooms are really really narrow, and we would hear people speaking and the noise from the other side. This was the only thing that needs to be fixed

quiet area it’s not a real hotel or bnb breakfast was not in the building mosquitos inside the room wifi did not work AC could not be changed no reception small rooms bed was hard bathrooms were gross

Location was excellent and we were able to walk to the majority of tourist attractions with ease. Breakfast of croissant and coffee was basic but a nice way to start the day. All the staff were so helpful and friendly. Vatican Room B&B was fit for purpose and reasonably priced. Generally apart from Roma beating Leicester City my son and I had an enjoyable stay.
