We didn't meet the host and confusing set of keys!

The location is great. The neigborhood has much to offer and "downtown" Prati is an easy walk away. The stafff and owner are very friendly and supportive. The check-in process and all other things are very well managed and easy. The room is smaller and darker than in the pictures. So are the showers. This is not a room to spend much time in. The table is so tiny that it is hard to use

We wish to thank Laura for a wonderful stay in her beautiful Amica Guest House. It is a fabulous place and was very comfortable for our family of 4 to stay in. We loved listening to and looking at the sights of Rome coming alive in the morning as we ate our breakfast on the balcony. We would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone looking to visit Rome.

A triple room which has 2 rooms with a thin dividing panel door and spacious dinning area with balcony instead, their double room maybe not have that space so we were happy the room we chose (triple). I like some old items on the bookshelves that created the atmosphere living in a flat in Rome in the residential area and quiet place. Location is not near the underground station , a bit away from the centre if the bus you stop running suddenly (maybe holiday season and was not regular when we visited) you end up walk. Arrangement for key you need to contact the guest house person before you arrive. remotely given the instruction. no luggage store arrangement as no reception once you check out the property.

Staff very nice and available for info / check in options - clean room and very central. With a nice balcony for eating outside (small table with 2 chairs)

It is very well located in the center of Rome, very close to the Vatican, the metro and the tourist area The room is confortable, bright and it has an excellent service and attention. Everything is OK.

It was really close to the bus stop and not far from the metro station (pleasant walk away). The host was really friendly and the rooms were nice :)

Small comfy quite room with balcony, necessary equipment (fridge, TV, coffe machine) and clean bathroom. Wardrobe is bit worn out. Locality of apartment is fantastic - walking distance to the centre of Vatican and the most famous sights, metro is close as well. Breakfast was typicaly sweet but rich. Landlady Laura is very nice and helpful, comunication with her was pleasant.

The property was self check in and out with easy to follow instructions provided. The room had everything we needed with water and continental breakfast & coffee machine with the added bonus of a terrace. Our host was able to provide us with help on getting from the airport to the hotel using public transport.

If you only need a place to sleep one night it is ok. The location is quite ok in a residencial area I really did not like the breakfast & the concept of it. The breakfast was in the room already since I checked in as it consisted in 2 croissants in a plastic package and 2 cakes as well & some toasts. In the fridge there were 2 yogurts and 2 juices in package and this was the breakfast. Everything in the package and not environmentally friendly. No variety and attention to the guest. Also the shower is quite old and the water floats.

Everything was satisfactory, the room was cleaned daily, and the breakfasts were updated. Thanks to Laura for the constant communication, she contacted us before our arrival and sent instructions. The hotel is located in a quiet area, there is a bus stop 2 minutes away, and the metro is 5-6 minutes away, which is very convenient. Wi-Fi was sometimes turned off for a short time.
