Soo lovely, clean, with good location, friendly staff and delicious breakfast! They gave us map, with instruction about how to go to different locations and also allow to leave our baggage after check out safely. Nothing

Very good staff very helpful, confort was good. I guess its an european thing but everything was small I think its the first time I see a 10inch tv

Great location within walking distance to Roma Termini station (20 min) and the major archeological sites. Friendly and helpful staff and simple but adequate breakfast options to get the day started. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio in the evening.

The pricing and close to the coliseum. Very small rooms.

  • Engine customer Feb 2026

The location was great. One staff member was very pleasant. The room was very small even though we upgraded to a larger bed and larger room. The shower was a corner shower with a minimal opening so if you're over 150lbs don't even think about getting in it. The walls are very thin so you hear your neighbors Very well. Sick staff is a concern due to the constant coughing and hacking.

Very close to the metro station and it’s a 10 minute walk from the colosseum. Rooms are very clean and cozy. Breakfast was alright, not much options.

The hotel was excellent in every aspect. The location is perfect—very central and within easy walking distance of major attractions, yet quiet enough to rest comfortably after a long day exploring Rome. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast was fresh, varied, and well organized, a great way to start the day. The breakfast was excellent: fresh, varied, and well prepared, with good-quality ingredients and a nice selection to suit different tastes. It was well organized and made for a very pleasant start to the day. In addition, the staff were kind, professional, and always helpful — special thanks to dear Kourosh and Soroush. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Location is good - 20 minute walk to the Colosseum Metro station is 1.5/2 blocks away Quiet street Rooftop terrace was great, especially as it got dark and cooler (we grabbed pizza one night at a nearby pizza place and had pizza and wine up there) Elevator in building (small one) Staff were friendly and very helpful Breakfast is a small, continental style (ie. baked goods, coffee, tea, milk, juice, cheese, meat, buns, cereal, fresh fruits etc) and it was delicious. Air conditioning throughout building Room keys are kept at the front desk so you don't have to worry about losing it while out exploring the city. Has a safe, mini fridge and small tv Some great restaurants in the area - recommend RomAntica and Marco G Osteria (both walking distance from the hotel) Bathroom shower leaked - lip on the floor to keep the water in didn't seem high enough. Wifi doesn't work very well on rooftop terrace, but that didn't bother us very much

I did not have a good experience at all with this hotel. The location is in an awful spot. I have stayed in Rome 3 times previously and the neighborhoods were never this bad. Unless you are planning to be picked up and dropped off by taxi every single time, you should steer clear away from this place. The hotel enterance door was locked upon arrival I had to call the front desk to come unlock the door for me. This was the first red flag, even though they assured me that the neighborhood is safe. Why was the door of a hotel locked? Its very telling. The street the hotel is on is very small, mostly residential so you wont see other hotels and extremely dirty and far away from all the tourist attractions. Also, I really did not feel comfortable staying at the hotel and asked to cancel the booking, the front desk guy told me I still have to pay in full. He not offer to give me a partial refund and would not let me leave without paying. It was such an uncomfortable situation and booking customer service was not available at the time. I ended up having to pay 260 dollars before I could leave. I did not stay inside so I cannot provide a review about the inside.

I really liked the breakfast. The room was very clean and the room was a nice size. I didn't like the shower I am 6ft2in and the shower I could barely fit in. The location was a bit far from the main attractions of Rome. There weren't very many restaurants in the area to eat at. The bed was very uncomfortable it took me hours to fall asleep.

    Not a great breakfast

Good location - there is metro station at next street, walking to Coliseum is about 30 minutes. Breakfast is good. Personal was kindly. There is a beautiful garden on the roof of the hotel.

The hotel is situated near a metro station and several bus stops, and there is a supermarket close by. The hotel premises are exceptionally clean and tidy and the staff are super nice and friendly. Our room had a fridge, which is always handy when traveling, and a small balcony. Breakfast was fine and the food was fresh every day. We stayed at the hotel for 7 nights and the service was consistently good. I don't have any negatives about our stay.
