Super nice staff Very clean room and bathroom

I stayed at the terrace room and it was perfect especially for a solo traveler like me. What I liked the most is the location, conveniently located 200 meters away from Manzoni station. Plus my room’s bathroom is actually big, and the toilet has a bidet! Nothing! Everything was close to perfection and made my stay in Rome a memorable one.

The staff were great and the relocation is amazing Bad smell when you enter the room, but he bathroom is cold especially in the night and this period of time. Also no service of water, they offer the water only for the first night.

The room was modest but clean and the breakfast was really nice.

The receptionist is available to explain how to best experience the city. The hotel's proximity to the Manzoni stop on the A metro line. Night watch. The bidet in the bathroom didn't work. The bathroom ceiling was moldy. The toilet seat was broken. This isn't the first review I've seen with the same comments.So I felt a little cheated. In these months, why not fix these little things?

TV did not work. Shower head bracket was broken so had to hold in hand to shower.

The management and staff are excellent and will do their best to make you feel welcomed. 1. Elevator was broken and I had a room on the top floor 2. Bathroom door handle didn’t lock 3. Shower head was semi-fixed

The staff were lovely and the hotel itself was in a nice area. I liked the overall cleanliness or the property and generally speaking, it was well equipped. The bed was terribly uncomfortable and the pillows were like concrete blocks. There is only 1 plug socket in the whole room and it is not beside the bed. I paid for a superior room with balcony, yet the room was incredibly small, with no space to move around. The balcony itself was fine, but getting onto it was only possible by climbing through a very narrow window. The walls were incredibly thin and we could hear everything next door, and it felt like those having breakfast (downstairs!!!) were sitting in the room with us.

Close to metro, room terrace Facilities that were advertised not available, airport shuttle, snack bar, happy hour & bar etc.

Room was a little tight

Breakfast was quite poor, no fruits, no boiled eggs some days and no omelet.. usually these are in every hotel breakfast option regardless of their star or whether they are luxury or not. However, it was okayish and you could get fresh croissants and some other options

The hotel and staff are really great. A good location (walking distance to Colosseum), very nice breakfast, clean room all necessities.... I wish only our room was little bit bigger, and the street is a bit noisy, but you could always close the window and turn on AC

I enjoyed the intimacy, along with the private patio, shared by four rooms. The receptionist clerk asked for us to bring our luggage to the gate level We had a most compatible room. I liked how they are ensuring we understood the following about the Tribes. Breakfast was served at 7:30am; due to our 8:05am train departure, we left at 7:15am for our departure to the train station. We were not able to enjoy breakfast or a cup of coffee.

Modern room. Friendly staff. 20 minute walk to colluseum and close to other public transport options. Very small room which we were expecting at time of booking. Bathroom was also quite snug. While it is a 20 minute walk to colluseum other main attractions are approx 45 min away so if you dont like walking this isnt the place for you. Breakfast was basic.
