The room was exactly as in the pictures provided "Deluxe Double King Room". It was clean, air conditioned, there were lots of complimentary waters, hot water and daily room makeup(which we did not use, just a personal preference, instead they left a large bottle of water at the door). Bring a travel adapter for Italy(check that online) as the room had only 1, which wasn't a problem just a slight inconvenience. The place is close to Termini station is 30 minutes by bus/metroor slightly longer by foot to key Rome places. There is a very nice Pizzeria in the building across the Hotel entrance(When you exit the Hotel turn right at the next intersection you'll see it) The door although closed and locked was rattling whenever somebody in the corridor opened their room. It was a bit noisy but only because of the door. Some insulation on the door and it would be a 10/10.

The location is very good just a few minutes from Roma Termini. Easy access to all tourist places. The staff was kind and helpful. The room was cleaned every day and it had a small fridge. It is good value for money if you are on budget. The toilet flush was broken and wouldn't work every time I used the bathroom. On the second day, water started leaking from the toilet flush, making it so bothersome that we could hear it all night.

The room was nicely renovated with a good shower, refrigerator and a desk. The staff was polite and provided some soda and bottled water. The location was fine, near Stazione Termini. The safe didn’t seem to work properly. I didn’t ask about it, as I had very little of value with me. The TV was irritating. It would only get one or two national stations and those would come and go.
