Marziah Inn

It was good that the room had a cooling system-AC and the location was good. There were near supermarket PAM, which was very good for us:) First of all, the elevator was too small, reaching the room we have to use it. The room and bathroom were very small:(

The staff and the location are great. The room could be more comfortable for this price.

Everything was great, clean and convenient location to the train station. The host or front desk person didn’t speak much English but somehow we were able to communicate other that that I would stay here again.

The place has electric kettle but only tea was provided. There is no coffee maker as it says on the website. It would have been nice to have even instant coffee as we had to leave very early in the morning to join tours. The room is for 3 people but there is only 1 cup.

Everything was very clean and welcoming. I especially appreciated the hot shower, clean towels, kettle, tea, hair dryer, free wifi and air condition. Additionally, it is conveniently located near public transportation and center. The sink didn’t have hot water. Paid city tax €6 per person.

Close to grocery store, restaurants, metro and train stations

The location was great and quite close to Termini which made everything accessible. We booked it because it said it has breakfast, but the day we arrived we noticed it was not included We contacted previously the place to let them know we would be arriving by about 7pm When we arrived the guy who helped us seemed really moody, like he was upset for us arriving in the evening.

It was so clean! i didn’t expect it like that, i would definitely stay here again if i come back. The host was so helpful, and the location is so perfect!! definitely worth for the price

Location was great near metro stations and terminal. Owner was very helpful when we had a lost bag when it was located, he made sure a staff was there to get it. Shower and beds were good. They charge to hold your suitcases for a few hours. The elevator was tiny (one person and one suitcases} and did not always wotk. The bar across the street was loud (not too bad, but you can hear them until late in the evening).

Marziah Inn in Rome is a great place to stay. It is located close to Termini Train Station. The place is simple but clean. Also, there are many restaurants (I suggest Taverna Pretoriana in front of it) and coffees around it. The staff were friendly.

The staff were very nice and helpful. They let us keep our luggage in the apartment after check out because we had a late departure. The room and bathroom were very clean. The location is very close to the train station.

Everything was very clean. It is a good place for a family with one child.

The place was very clean, Wifi provided, the bed was comfortable, AC was present, it had a small elevator as well and the host was nice! Not much to say

Staff was very kind. Even though max checkin was 11:30 pm, they waited for me until I arrived at 12:30 am to checkin to my room. Very kind people. Also the room was perfect and close to roma termini station.

In the heart of Rome

The location was great! I thought our reservation included breakfast. The man in reception insisted that it did not. I asked to speak with the manager. A man called me and told me our reservation did not include breakfast. They were extremely serious, not friendly at all, not willing to negotiate at all. Complete hard asses and not nice about the misunderstanding at all. They were clearly more interested in the bottom line which is the money rather than any customer service at all.
