Locație excelentă, pat confortabil Vedea spre San Pietro nu cred ca era posibilă din vreo cameră, o pernă eram murdară de ruj, la geam erau atârnate pe sârmă haine care puteau fi puse doar din cameră și televizorul nu mergea

The beds are too short even for my (standard) height of 170 cm. The first room we stayed in advertised a king-size bed, but it was actually two single beds pushed together, not even connected but sliding apart. The decorative hanger on the outside of the closet broke off at the first touch. The toilet lid was broken, with a large crack visible, which had been repaired several times. After flushing with the large button, water continued to leak. There was no drain plug in the sink. The walls in the bathroom were moldy. The shower panel was weak and wobbled when using the shower. There was a lot of dust both above the shower stall and on all the light fixtures in the rooms. The mattress was hard and overly springy, with compressive springs. The room we were upgraded to on our second day had almost all the same issues (except for the broken toilet seat). In the other room we were upgraded to at our request (even though it was significantly smaller than the one we originally booked), there's a manhole cover right in the middle of the room that smells really bad. It has no cover and isn't insulated. There's also no soundproofing in the rooms. The reception is only open until 5:00 PM. The TV in the second room didn't have YouTube or Netflix, and the Wi-Fi was spotty. Pros: good pillows and plenty of them (4 large and 3 small); a complimentary bottle of dry sparkling wine; a detailed guest guide (from a list of interesting places to visit to instructions for the air conditioner); a coffee machine and very tasty coffee; a powerful hair dryer (but the built-in hair dryer in the second room did not work, we found a regular household hair dryer in a box in the closet); friendly staff.

Did not eat breakfast in the hotel

We got new towels and a clean room every day and a free bottle of wine. The room was to the inner courtyard with all the air conditioning. One was right below our window and was making noise all the time. So no sleeping with open window possible. The room was ok, but had some opening in the floor from what I got a splinter in my foot… All that was no real problem in the end, but the pictures suggested something a bit nicer.

Clean and quiet place in the middle of Trevi. Convenient location close to the Vatican city, with restaurant on the ground floor, and shops.

No breakfast, king size bed, large bathroom, great location Bed was not very comfortable, could feel the springs, shower didn’t work well, elevator was so tiny!
-
The location is beautiful! Beautiful view.! Very central and very easy to reach all the facilities! The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The second bed was a little uncomfortable, as it was an expandable couch for 2 persons and was a bit instable.

I don’t typically care to leave reviews if the place served exactly what I needed, however, this place was so far from a comfortable stay I would be doing a disservice to potential future guests. To give credit where credit is due, the staff was very kind on check-in and even let us check-in 3 hours early so we werent lugging our bags around Rome. Location was also good, as it was close to the Vatican which is why we booked it. But unfortunately there is nothing more positive I can say about this place. Let me start with the fact that the room was NOT as advertised. It is essentially a closet. We are familiar with smaller hotels being that we’re in the city. However, the bathroom has absolutely ZERO room to manuever. You cant step out of the shower without your legs rubbing against the toilet. Absolutely disgusting. Only time you get out of the shower feeling more gross than before you went in. We were certain we were in the wrong place because there were zero pictures of this room depicted in the booking. Cleanliness was not on the agenda of whomever handles room cleaning. The floor had hair on the floor when we arrived, and unfortunately was also sticky. I decided to forget about walking barefoot around the room, so as not to track filth into the bed. The bed had a firm mattress, and not in a good way. Headboard appears to be no less than 30 years old. Beaten down, and distinct worn marks on the cushion on both sides of the board. Onto the bathroom. The one thing, in my opinion, that needs to be functional. Walking around a city all day, sweating seeing sights, all you want to do at the end of the day is take a nice shower at a normal temperature. This was not the case. The bathroom smelled of sewage our whole stay. The shower water did not get hot. At all. And no it didn’t eventually get hot after letting it run for 15 minutes. It stayed ice cold. Each shower was no less than a polar plunge.

They could have added small fridge in the room.
