Excellent location! The room was spotless, bright, and cozy, set in a lovely building. Fantastic service, fresh breakfast and great coffee delivered daily. Seamless check-in with a virtual key. Lovely staff! Street noise could be heard a bit, but we slept well anyway.

I liked the location of the hotel. I liked the stuff was excellent.

Excellent choice for those who want to be out of the city center area. Perfect location to access main points on foot or by metro or bus. Very comfortable premises and fantastic staff. Fancy stores and restaurants nearby. The check-in looks more complicated than it really is. Federica makes the best capuccino in Rome! We miss it! Nothing not to like.

This was my third stay at the hotel, and I’ve enjoyed it every time. The location is excellent - it’s a charming neighbourhood that isn’t overcrowded with tourists, yet still within an easy walk of all the main attractions. The staff, particularly Michele and Federica, were wonderful and very attentive. The rooms are spotless, well-decorated, and comfortable. The continental breakfast is a nice way to start the day. I also really like the self check-in option – very handy and hassle-free.

Location, cleanliness, friendly host. Very nice breakfast. Had some difficulty figuring out the entry. The app wouldn’t open and I couldn’t ahold of the owner. Wasted a bit of time upon arrival.

Pros: - huge room and bathroom - really comfy bed - breakfast was provided & communication about this was good - location was great! - lift available - AC/heater Cons: - as soon as staff arrived in the morning (for breakfast and other stuff) I was woken up by conversations and what was going on in the kitchen. Thin walls. - the online check in was confusing (but once figured out, it was okay)

The location is amazing. I volunteered for the Jubilee year of healthcare workers and sick. It’s near the Vatican and tour areas. They leave a kettle and snack on the room to accommodate the missed breakfast. Federika tried to accommodate your request and needs for breakfast. The cleanliness is great- just bring your own lotion and conditioner. They would let you download the what’s app and get constant communication with Federika. I’m satisfied and happy overall with my stay made me feel comfortable and relaxed. There is breakfast but it’s not a hot breakfast. And there’s only time restriction for breakfast 8-9am. I wish they would let the renters make hot cappuccino so would not only use instant coffee. If you use the car service they arrive punctually but the mode of payment they preferred is cash. When I arrived they let me used card but charged me more and when I go back to the airport they only accepted cash. Even though on the messaged I mentioned card payment only. Thank goodness I have still cash with me. The owner was nice to compensate the offset amount on the day of my arrival charged payment.

Breakfast was okay. Always the same. Location was good because it's close to the Vatican and St. Peter's. I went there for the Jubilee. The room was noisy due to traffic outside. We are light sleepers, so we had to buy earplugs which helped.
