Quiet and convenient.

The room was very warm and the only cover on the bed was very thick.

Breads at the breakfast

Good location, very close to Termini and the metro station B was only about 50 meters from the hotel, which made it very easy to get around the city. Compared to other hotels in the area, this one is much more modern. We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel st Martin by OMNIA hotels. Nothing.

The room had a few deficiencies- the kettle was broken and the remote control needed new batteries. The stuff was informed about these deficiencies but they were not fixed during our stay. Also, room cleaning starts after 4pm, which seems late.

Amazing hotel and super friendly staff. Would come back for another stay in Roma.

This hotel was wayyyy nicer in person. Absolutely love the luxurious look and feel. Breakfast was amazing and the hotel was in the perfect location. The staff wand absolutely amazing. Would 100% recommend you staying.

I liked that the hotel was very calm even though located centrally, also we had a nice comfy room, clean bathroom and also quite convenient to have a restaurant working till 10 pm. I think the gym area isn’t maintained well, there is no sanitizer in the gym to keep the equipment clean after exercise. Also, one day there was some water and towels available, but next 2 days there were only same dirty towels dropped on the floor, no water and it looked like nobody cleaned there. The mat was also old and quite dirty.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Great location that’s close to transit and main attractions in Rome, but still relatively calm without being super touristy and busy of a neighborhood. Spacious, modern, and clean lobby and room. WiFi was fast and I was able to do work easily while visiting. Fantastic value for money. Super pleased with my stay. Everything was amazing, nothing was negative.

The location is a little far from the points of interest as a visitor. Needed to have an Uber every time to more out and in.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was modern, clean, and very comfortable. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the city. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always welcoming. Overall, the hotel had a warm atmosphere and great service. Everything was great

Our room was spacious and there was a metro station right next to the hotel AVOID! Everything except the room was disappointing. I would never go back or recommend this hotel Reasons: •False advertising about room amenities: The room (and hotel listing) clearly stated it had both AC and heating. After check-in, we were told the AC “does not work in winter” so the advertised amenities are simply not provided. •Uncomfortable room temperature & noise: Staff told us to “just open the window.” With the window open, we could not sleep because of loud street noise and ambulances passing every few minutes. In the morning, the room was very sunny and too warm, with no way to cool it down. •Other hotels on the same trip had working AC: We stayed in three cheaper hotels across Italy and Switzerland during this trip and all of them had functioning AC. This is clearly a specific problem with this hotel, not “how things are in winter.” •Extremely RUDE staff: The receptionist Rahman was openly rude, raised his voice at us, and behaved as if we were asking for something unreasonable, even though we were only asking for the amenities we paid for. •Dishonest handling of the problem: He suggested we “take another room” while knowing all rooms have the same issue (no AC in winter). Another comment from him was literally: “Go outside, you’ll see it’s cold.” Our point was never the weather outside, it was that the hotel does not provide what it advertises. •Long-standing issue that management ignores: After checking reviews more carefully, we saw that guests have been complaining about the AC problem for 2-3 years, and nothing has been fixed. •Security concerns & zero trust: We also found multiple reviews mentioning stolen items from rooms and luggage and no support from staff. Because of this, we locked our bags every day before leaving the room, which made the whole stay feel unsafe and uncomfortable. •Lost trust in the whole chain: This experience completely destroyed our trust in the Omnia chain.

Location is great We arrived at 03;30 AM and our check in was in the afternoon. We asked just sit in the lobby for 3 - 3.5 hours till the sun shine in the morning. Our plan was to discover the city from 07:00. But the receptionist didnt let us just to sit in the lobby and said you can wait out of hotel or you have to pay additional amount for the few hours to book a room. As it was cold and a bit dangerous in Termini we decided to pay additional 50 Eur.

Wifi in our room was quite bad. Try to avoid a corner room as the signal doesn’t appear to reach there.

The breakfast was fantastic. the staff were very helpful nothing everything was great

Ok, here are the pros: our room was clean and spacious, facing a side street that stayed quiet at night, which was great. The hotel isn’t in the busiest tourist area, which made it less crowded and more peaceful, while still surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés—perfect for dinner after long walks in Rome. A metro station right in front of the hotel made it easy to reach the city centre, since it’s about a 30-minute walk from the main tourist sites. The central train station is only a 10-minute walk from the hotel, which made transportation and travel very convenient for us. We booked this hotel after reading many excellent reviews, but found them misleading. There was nothing particularly outstanding about the property or our stay—it was fine, but far from excellent. The bed was firm and not especially comfortable. For a 4-star establishment, the facilities felt limited: the single restaurant was closed during the day, leaving no dining options on-site; staff were not as attentive or welcoming as expected; and the rooms were supplied only with paper/plastic cups instead of proper glasses, just two bath towels with no face or hand towels, and no replenishment of paper cups or coffee pods after housekeeping. While none of these issues would severely affect your stay, they do fall short of what you’d expect from an ‘excellent’ 4-star hotel. Overall, we were expecting more based on the glowing reviews, which are misleading. If you’re looking for a reasonably priced, clean hotel with metro access and a quieter location outside the busy tourist areas, this could work for you. But if you expect 4-star service, central location, amenities, and a stay that feels like and lives up to an “8.7” rating, you may want to look elsewhere.
