It was a great place to stay, Vatican was practically across the street

A very clean and comfortable B&B, friendly host and an excellent location in Rome. There was very little to dislike. At times it could be a little noisy late at night due to people returning home, but this was outside the host’s control.

Very close to St Peter’s and the Vatican. On a side street near good restaurants. Bus stop close by. Our room was big and airy and the bed very comfortable. Bathroom facilities were clean. Self-serve breakfasts were tasty with fresh croissants every morning. The host was friendly and helpful with information about the city. Nothing

Close to the Vatican . Nice quiet zone ( not in the room) and the host was nice to us. The location is a 4 bedroom apartment that rents 3 bedrooms and one bedroom is for the host. The rooms are not finically isolated at all. When the neighbours are there you have the sensation that you are all in a tent. The breakfast is a joke! Each room with a box that has slices of prosciutto salami and cheese same tree every day. And same yoghurt ( we found some that was expired ) Although the host is very nice and helpful and gets croissant every day, the breakfast is poor and not worth it, no fruit no vegetables , cheep juice just to be something there in the fridge for all 3 bedrooms . Sorry for the small rate but for sure is not a 9 , no way! No Pressure on the shower it was lowest the last two days , beryl could wash our selfs:(

I loved the location. It was away from the busy part of Rome. We could easily walk to St Peter's Square and just enjoy the beauty. Buses were close and the shuttle bus to the airport was a short taxi ride away. I walked from our location to the Spanish Steps, and on another day, to Trastevere. There were several restaurants nearby. We had a tub of food provided to make our own breakfast and lunch if we chose. There were eggs, yogurt, bread, cheese, and deli meats. We were provided with fresh coronetto each morning! There was always coffee and tea available. The host was on-site and available if we needed anything. The room was cleaned daily. The shower was very small but the water was hot with decent pressure.

Wonderful location, great host. Walking distance to everything but still in a residential area, a block from St. Peter's Basilica Nothing

Marco is very helpful and nice to us. Will come back ❤️

Nothing, everything is great!

The host is very kind and helpful, always abailable. Room was comfy, and the location excellent. I chose to walk around the city, and it was always easy to find my way back. Train station was also close, so it was easy to reach from the airport. Overall, I can recomend the place. Walls are somewhat thin, which is worth keeping in mind, but it didn’t bother me.

Right next to the Vatican and is a good advantage for tourists visiting it.

Marco's BnB lets 3 rooms in his unit (and he also stays in the unit), the rooms all sharing a common kitchen/dining area Overall my experience was ok, it would of been a 5 star but for the few things I've listed below. The unit is very well positioned for easy access to Vatican, trains & buses, and even walking to sights (which I did mostly). The self serve breakfast was great & there's good quality coffee & milk is supplied. The room was comfortable enough, just don't expect any finesse such as tissues, separate shampoo or soap ("body & hair wash" is provided only), face cloth, consistent heating, a hook beside the shower for your towel ... Small things that would make things feel more homely. My stay was in Room 2, not sure of course if the other rooms have the same issues 1. This one was a big one for me ... The walls are not sound proof: so of the 5 nights I stayed on 4 of them I was woken in the early hours either from shouting/screaming from the street or early morning council trucks (the room is on the road side of the building) or the music / TV / conversations / thumping from the neighbours in the unit that this room adjoins (all of which is so loud you can hear it all very clearly) or other guests using the common kitchen which another wall adjoins ?? 2. The shower water pressure is very low & the hot water only just hot enough on full ... To the point that I didn't bother to wash my hair as I wasn't confident I would be able to get the soap out ? 2. If you're a single traveller & a foreigner you're likely to want to catch some TV in your own language, even just for a news catch-up or an odd movie ... the TV provided is very old, with a tiny screen & not "smart" so no chance of streaming from your smart phone

Marco is a great host. Clean and (relatively speaking for Rome...) quiet. A stone's throw from the Vatican. IWe would definitely return for a stay again. Highly recommended.

A great location to reach multiple attractions throughout Rome. Easy walking distance to the Vatican, shopping, San Pietro train station and local neighborhoods. Host provided croissants each morning from a local bakery and other self-serve foods for anytime use. Pleasant host! The room lacked privacy as you could hear every sound outside the room. The bed was passable but not the most comfortable! Room and kitchen (entire complex) could use rugs to mitigate echos and noise. Darker (black out) drapes would help as well.
