We had an amazing stay in Rome! The apartment was spotless, very comfortable, and perfectly located just steps away from the Vatican. Livio, our host, was absolutely wonderful — extremely helpful, friendly, and attentive. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!

The location was great and the owner was very communicative and willing to accommodate for our specific needs. There was no noise from other rooms and the beds were comfortable. There might be some upgrades to be made on the bathroom hydraulic system because some times there would be a bad smell, but not strong at the point it could make the accommodation uncomfortable. I would also like to have access to the kitchen, but I was fully informed in advance that this was NOT included, so I don't see it as a negative point, only a possible bonus for the future.

The place is perfect to visit the main attractions of Rome and the Vatican. Direct bus conection to the main Train Stations of the city. The personal was friendly and helpful. The price was also good.

Nothing!!!! When I arrived, there was no way to enter the building. I waited 2 hours for someone who was staying there who was nice enough to let me in. She told me where to go and when I knocked on the door, there was no one there. This was the WORSE experience ever!! I think because of all the terrible trouble I went through they should have offered me a meal, but I was told I did not purchase meals so I had to go out and find something to eat. ALSO, when i finally got in, my room was not ready, I had to sit in the dining area and wait for the mother, who spoke no English prepare the very, very, very, snail room. MY ADVICE IS TO NOT STAY AT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE.

This location is great … very close to St. Peter square … really enjoy restaurants near a farmacy , bus stop and metro…. Very convenient to be able to get up and go to be the first one to see our dearest pope… love it
