I wasn’t expecting so much back and forth communication around check-in. I suppose understandable as it is a self check in place with no staff to greet you.

If possible for the next tenet, either help them figure out how to use the toilet or have it looked at. The knob wouldn't work at all, except maybe 2 times.

It needs elevator, there are always hidden costs, so what you see at the booking website, does not match the reality. I had to pay 35 EU cleaning costs/night, but nobody showed up for cleaning.

Excellent location in a great neighborhood. It is easily accessible on foot or with public transportation. Clean and peaceful facilities and friendly and cooperative staff. Entering the building and the apartment was not well organized and straightforward. We struggled to get the access code and enter the building. However, the staff was ready to assist remotely even at 2 am.

It's well located, not far from Termini, metro stations and also a reasonably walkable distance to Colosseum. The stairs, it's in a third floor. Inside the room there's a couple of steps to use the toilet and it's slippery when wet.

Lovely place, small room, but all I needed, quiet area and close to the Metro, people very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend The bathroom is shared, but it was ok

Very convenient location, safe building and area. Every main attraction is very close on foot and there are plenty of cool bars and restaurants nearby. The staff were kind and accommodating to our needs.

Overall, a nice place to stay. Very close to Rome Termini (the main train station) with easy bus and metro access to the whole city. Online check-in was simple. The room, bathroom, and bed linens were clean. Our window looked onto the street, a classic Roman view. Prices were competitive and affordable. The staff responded quickly via Booking.com. I loved this place and would definitely book again on my next trip to Rome. Everything was fine. The only thing I wish had been clearer in the description is that it’s on the third floor (no elevator), so we had to carry our bags up the stairs. Not a big deal at all, though.

The check in was easy and fast, we got all instructions from the owner and managed well. The room was clean and tidy. Nice location. Nice bar downstairs with 10% discount. There was a weird cabbage smell and there where no blankets, only a thin bed cover. We are in November and I expected to have them. The host told us to turn on the AC on heat mode but.... Not a great solution. I expected them to find a way to solve the problem even though they manage it remotely.

The manager? owner? Alessia was very quick to communicate with us. All our questions were answered quite promptly. Also, the location was great because we were so close to Roma Termini train station. We liked having a bathroom in our room & also liked having a refrigerator in our room. We could have used a few more blankets, but, fortunately, we had brought a few of our own. We did have control over the temperature in our room so we just made it a little warmer

I had a stressful experience with Alessia from this property. Despite paying through Booking.com, I was repeatedly threatened on WhatsApp about a supposed chargeback and pressured to pay again through a third-party link. It was only a currency difference (USD vs EUR), but the situation was handled very unprofessionally. Guests should stick to Booking.com for all communication and payments. Please don't book with I'm the Center House

No elevator , door access is through online instead of passcode , room keys are very old difficult to open and close
