I love how clean it was and how close to everything it is. Nothing it was perfect for us.

The room was great and I loved all the antique pieces and artwork. I had a room that overlooked the internal courtyard so it was lovely and quiet. The room was cleaned everyday and had fresh towels. It was in a great location and walking distance to the termini and buses. The park around the corner was lovely! There were alot of cafes and restaurants close by as well. Really easy check in instructions and it was good to have keys rather than codes to doors. It was my first time to Rome so I took advantage of exploring the neighbourhood. The kitchen facilities are shared which I didn't find any issue with, I just took the kettle into my room when I needed to. The only downfall was no lift and you have to carry your luggage up to the floor and with no reception on site it's difficult if you have mobility issues.

Noisy rooms. Slow internet. Dirty cups and kitchen facilities. Toiletries are not available. Elevator is not accessible.

The host was a little rude, I dont know if it was something bc of the language, but I felt she was a little bit rude while talking to me over WhatsApp. The location is OK, but not great.

Strong aircon, hot water, comfy bed. Good location (easy to get into public transpo) 1. Internet doesn't reach the room 2. No safe for valuables yet they insist on cleaning the room daily. 3. No shampoo/bath soap and nowhere to put your toiletries in the bathroom and shower. 4. Common kettle for all the rooms. 5. No lift (3rd floor but feels like 4 because GF in Italy is floor 0). 6. Neighbor's TV was loud til past 10pm. We could here a game show on it from our room.

The internet wasn’t good and no elevator

The room and the place met our expectations. We arrived later in the night and the instructions to enter the place was very clear. I am not sure if there is a scheduled time for the water in the toilet, but when we arrived past 10pm, the toilet did not want to flush. In the morning, however, it worked fine. The host and cleaning lady were very accommodating and friendly. We highly recommend this place for its value for money and excellent location. The toilet did not want to flush past 10pm when we arrived. It did work okay the following morning. We did not encounter any other issues aside from that.

Location is great! It’s very close to the subway or just walk to the landmarks. The room is tidy and was cleaned daily. I don’t know about other suits but our apartment was pretty dark. We had no shampoo or body wash. The hair dryer is very old too.

Ideal location near main train station in city center and quite helpful and understanding staff. No breakfast option, poor quality of WiFi connection and mediocre bathroom facilities.

We ran out of toilet paper and there were no extra available. Toilet stopped up and landlord did not answer. Had to use the toilet at a nearby restaurant.

Great value

Perfect ? location, bed and shower what more do you need. No complaints would definitely stay again. Easy to find, easy access and host was all ways available if needed. Close to metro station and train stations.
