Great location , wonderful staff and delicious breakfast Nothing

From the friendly and helpful staff, to the central location in a less touristy part of Rome, to the delicious breakfast and drinks from the bar and comfortable room, this hotel was the perfect stay.

Enjoyed staying in the Roman Forum area but out of the hustle and bustle. Our rooms were in the annex, a short walk from the main building but the rooms were excellent. Service is exceptional and the breakfast was very good.

We loved everything about the property. We started our trip in Rome and ended our trip in Rome at this hotel and wish we had started our trip here also. The staff was amazing, the breakfast was amazing and it’s very comfortable and inviting. It is also a very centrally located and would’ve saved us so much time and energy trying to get around Rome had we just stayed here from the beginning. We will definitely return and we feel like the value was absolutely worth it. The only thing that would have been nice is a few more smaller food options that you could make a dinner out of. We ended up making do with the appetizers (because it was the end of our trip and we were tired, and we did not want to go out to one more restaurant) however, just a few more items would’ve been nice.

The staff was great! They were very helpful recommending restaurants, and in making other suggestions. They made our room available early, and moved our luggage to it, while we were out. I also really liked the breakfast as well as the food that they provided for lunch. There was a free mini-bar and fresh fruit in our room. The food was outstanding. The staff was friendly. We had a junior suite, which was quite small....the shower in particular was tiny. It is understandable, given that the hotel is old, but it was smaller than anticipated. In the "sitting area" of our room, was a sleeper couch, which we didn't sleep on, but we did sit on it to watch a bit of TV. It was extremely uncomfortable. I should note that the hotel is on a hilly street, and our cab thought the street was still closed (which it was on the day before our arrival), so we (in our 70s) had to trundle our bags a ways down the cobblestone street....not a big deal, but it might be an issue for others.

friendly and helpful staff. Appreciated the drinks after a long walk to get there! I would guess that some people may have difficulty going up hill and stairs to room

Close to all the tourist sites. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room was a good size and well laid out. Value for money it was expensive but guess that’s just Rome.

We arrived early and the staff was happy to hold our bags while we explored. The hotel is beautiful and we loved the cozy room with a balcony overlooking the cobblestone streets and roman ruins. Breakfast was excellent as was the staff. We were pleasantly surprised to receive a canvas bag and water canteen with our room - and the snacks and drinks in the mini-fridge were complimentary! Loved our stay and would definitely return!

The hotel staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Our room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was very good and timely. The location of the hotel was convenient. We were able to walk to major sites like the Colosseum and getting a taxi when we needed one was no problem.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional. They were welcoming, informative, and kind. The hotel was in an ideal location to visit the sites in Rome, and the individual room was roomier than I imagined.

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank everyone at Nerva Boutique Hotel. From the reception team to the room cleaning staff, the level of care and attention was exceptional. A special thank you to Charlot at reception, Liuba from the Restyle team, and Ilaria from the hotel staff/management — each of you made my stay feel warm, personal, and genuinely welcoming. The service went above and beyond. When I developed a sore throat, the team kindly prepared a fresh lemon and honey tea without hesitation — a small gesture that meant a lot and perfectly reflects the hospitality here. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully maintained. The entire hotel has a calm, cozy atmosphere that makes you feel at ease the moment you walk in. I truly have no negative comments at all. This will always be my go-to hotel whenever I come to Rome. Grazie mille to everyone at Nerva Boutique Hotel — you’ve set the standard for what hospitality should feel like. Nothing

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The restaurant service was great. The location is perfect.

The professionalism, they pampered the guests, the details, courtesy cocktails, the comfortable beds, location near Colosseum. Nicole welcome our group and we would like to thanks her for such a pleasant welcoming and for all her help. Great experience! We booked two rooms and I noticed that one had some towels next to the toilet and if you flush it will splash the towels. Something that is easy to fix by the hotel. But otherwise I believe this hotel is excellent.
