Roma Luxus Hotel

Breakfast was great. Hotel staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. The restaurant at the hotel served some of the best food we had in Rome.

Staff is super nice and extremely helpful! The location is really great being close to the Colosseum and many of the attractions that Rome has to offer. They stocked the refrigerator with water and other drinks. At the time of booking, we requested a quiet room on the top floor. We were given a street-front room that was very noisy, They allowed us to switch rooms the following day to a room on the top floor, but the room was much smaller and really small windows/ skylights. For the price, you should only book a garden facing room.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Roma Luxus! The rooms were incredibly spacious compared to typical hotel rooms in Rome, featuring very comfortable beds, large showers with excellent water pressure, and lovely touches like cozy robes and slippers. The service here is unmatched—everyone was absolutely lovely. The team went above and beyond, seamlessly assisting us with taxis and personal requests. Breakfast was perfect and delicious every morning; they even thoughtfully prepared oatmeal specifically for my mother to accommodate her dietary restrictions. Location-wise, it is ideal. It’s easy to access, highly walkable, and just minutes away from multiple iconic spots, making it the perfect base to explore the city. We would absolutely choose Roma Luxus again for a future stay! No complaints!

Location is great and walking distance from the main places. The staff, atmosphere and food are amazing. The breakfast could be better for a 5 star hotel. There is not orange juice and extra items like benedict eggs for example are not included and has to be paid.

Everything was perfect! Excellent location, beautiful and comfortable rooms, delicious breakfast, and exceptional service. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this hotel. We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. The service exceeded our expectations, and the hospitality made us feel right at home. Highly recommended

Only a few of the smallest details, like some unripe fruit in the breakfast assortment. But still: excellent.

Staff was very accommodating and helpful. Any minor issues were quickly resolved.

Location, front desk staff and restaurant. Attention to details mainly from the housekeeping. This hotel is advertised as five star, however, we had to ask for water in the room every single day Plus the shower had a terrible drainage. It was like a pond.

Nice staff, beautiful high ceilings The air conditioning isn’t controlled from within the room, and it can get a bit warm at times. I’m not sure how well it performs during the summer months.

Excellent location. Our room was well appointed. Service was excellent. We did have the breakfasts which very good. We did eat in the restaurant that again was excellent. We have no negative comments on the property either.

The hotel is a gem in the city centre and yet very private . The staff are incredible , friendly , warm and helpful . The breakfast is amazing ! The rooms were good size for Rome and clean . The hotel has great aesthetics in every corner with use of natural light and greenery around .. Thankyou for a fabulous stay ! Nothing !

Great central location to see all sites. Staff were excellent. A bit noisy. People in hallways and entering/exiting rooms are very loud.

Location was great. Room was decent for the price. Staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast was super. Good restaurant attached to the hotel. Central location near a busy road…so a bit of road noise. But 5 minutes walk to Trevi, Colosseum, Pantheon, etc so location was perfect.

Is worse hotel in Roma The room was given to me in the first floor and we heard the motorbike, cars and people who walk in the street as if we slept in the street. In addition, air condition has noisy sound once we turn it on the sound become very noisy. The staff are great. I didn’t like hotel at all
