Hotel Fiori

At some point, we wanted some extra blankets and we asked someone who was washing the desk and they basically told us that they didn’t know that we needed to just chill out and wait for tomorrow. Problem was is that we are only staying there a day or two, which means a better attitude would’ve gone along way. Also, based on our Stea in Florence, the breakfast was subpar. It was just a lot of sugary snack snacks and nothing of substance. That might be Italy, but I think you get enough for people that might want something a little bit more substantive

Very kind staff overall.

The location was great for tourists. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Great AC and nice staff. At breakfast it was nice to order a cappuccino each morning.

Everything it’s very close to coliseum and more places , the employees have a good a attitude all the time

Great location and comfortable room for a good price

The location is excellent and one of the best things about this hotel. It is within walking distance of most of Rome’s major tourist attractions, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The hotel is new, clean, and comfortable, and the rooms were well maintained. It is a great choice for a short stay in Rome. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Because of its central location, the surrounding area can be quite noisy at night.

The property was an awesome location and very very clean! Will definitely stay again. The walls were thinner than I would have liked but that’s Rome & older buildings!

The bed was very comfortable and the room was very dark and quiet for sleeping. They offered an airport shuttle (additional fee paid to driver). This would be a great option for families or parties of 2-6ish people. It was very clean. They allowed us to drop our bags prior to checking In and even delivered our bags to our room for us before we returned to check in later on that day. Amazing service. There wasn’t breakfast offered, which doesn’t seem uncommon for accommodations in the Rome area. There’s a lot of food nearby and it’s easy to find things to eat, so not really much of a negative.

The staff was fabulous. Very helpful. Great location for getting around in the historic center. Nice breakfast room with a lovely selection. Having an elevator with no stairs was delightful.

The location was perfect, and the staff was very helpful in providing information for travel around the city and arranging a cab for our departure to the airport. It could use a bit of updating.
