Super friendly recepcionist, great location

Clean room. Had to walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the first floor.

I liked the big patio connected to my room. The room smelled strongly of cleaning products and the AC didn't work. I had to sleep with the patio door open.

The location of the accommodation was lovely, very easy to walk to all the sights. The room was an ok size with a comfortable bed, modern looking ensuite and a very small kitchen area. The lady who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. Each morning there were a few pastries and coffee left out for breakfast that was a really nice touch. The drains in the ensuite really smelt when we arrived, although this seemed to improved each day after they were cleaned. One morning we woke up to no hot water, which was fixed by the time we returned late afternoon, and on our last morning we had no electric, so left for our morning flight in the dark and trying to pack by torch light! Unfortunately we could not reach anyone on the numbers provided to help.

The convenience of location. It had a kitchenette but didn’t work. Smokers smoked in the hallway. Very small room and bathroom, & shower.

Rather quiet although it is in a main road. Very central, one can reach all kinds of places on foot. It is a dependence of a nearby hotel. The hotel space is nice, though the building entrance is not necessarily at its best.

The room was great! Unfortunately there is no elevator and you can’t change the aircon to cool.

The property is the perfect location to walk to all the cultural attractions of Rome. We loved how easy we could get around as it was so central. Traffic can be a little loud, but that’s to be expected in such a central location and it didn’t affect our sleep at all.

Such friendly staff, in contact before travel and very helpful at all times. The room was lovely, large and clean with all amenities needed and a superb location. The hotel provide not only tea and coffee in the room but a choice of fruit and pastries in the communal areas for all guests. The water in the shower was lovely and hot and air con/ heating worked perfectly. Everywhere was walkable from here… the Trevi fountain was an 8 minute walk. The rain shower didn’t work properly but we did not inform the staff who I’m sure would have fixed this as the other handheld shower worked beautifully.

Excellent place to stay. Staff of the hotel is really nice and helpful (calling a taxi for you if needed), providing guests with useful tips where to go and what to do. Rooms are really clean, noise from street is not a problem when windows are closed during nights (there is A/C to controll temperature), there is free coffee and pastries every morning (even if you did not pay for breakfast). Hotel is close to the most important must-see places in Rome (5-10 minutes to Colosseum, Fontana di Trevi, close proximity to Pantheon etc). There are plenty restaurants in surroundings, shops etc. Neighborhood of the hotel is really safe, green light for late evening strolls. All good.
