Trevi Palace Hotel

Location is great. Very central to most popular areas (colosseum, Trevi Fountain, etc). Staff was very nice and willing to help with everything. Main room was great. The additional room with 3 beds was a little tight. Overall worked well for our needs. One night stay and was clean and comfy

The shower was very nice. The beds were very firm.

Centrally located to the fountain and the colloseum. The staff explained everything thoroughly and help you understand everything you need to know about italy. Rooms were very nice and clean. Highly recommend

The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good No chair in the room. At night there is no exit from the hotel except by elevator - which could be a problem in case of an emergency

The bathroom was a little bit uncomfortable for drying hair and also that the reception was not working from 9 pm

staff is very friendly and helpful, we got the room ahead of time which was very nice after a 12 hour flight. A.C is centrally controlled, wasn't able to change at all.

A little difficult to get to the room

Staff was very kind!!! , the price though was hight and they had a promotion same weekend we stayed (50%discount), to be fair they accomodated us in a larger room. We really appreciate this. A lot of problems with hot water, they said is duo to the building, that it belongs to a third. Also the internet repeater in our room worked sometimes. This was very annoying. We stayed in a lot of hotels during our trip, and this was the worst price/quality balance, not sure if it's this way in Rome. But with the problems mentioned before, it felt really unfair.

We absolutely loved this hotel. It was so charming and the staff was wonderful. Fantastic location, and we felt safe walking even late at night. Well maintained and clean room. We didn’t get to try the cafe but it looked very nice. We felt comfortable throughout our stay. The only bad part was that during all of our stay we had lovely hot water. But on the last night, the hotel became more full, and we didn’t have any hot water the last 24 hours of our stay. We didn’t get to shower after being out in the hot Rome sun, because the water was just too freezing to do so.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Rome ! Staff and location is 5 stars will miss martino and his dad !

Hotel location is great, very central and you can easily reach most of the major sites walking. The staff is exceptional, very helpful and always kind. Thank you Martino for your welcoming and all the advises. Daniella was very sweet and took the time to answer to all our questions. The room size was decent and the breakfast was good. Our room was just on top of the breakfast area and the reception, it gets a bit noisy in the morning when starting the service. Other than that the room was quiet and you don't hear street noise once windows are shut.
