We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Rome. The location was excellent,making it easy to walk to all the main attractions while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable,and well maintained. The staff was friendly, welcoming and always ready to help with any questions or recommendations. Their hospitality made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

Location Great location

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. Everyone was so friendly, professional, and genuinely kind throughout our visit. We were pleasantly surprised with a complimentary room upgrade, and the room was beautiful—clean, spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. It made our stay even more special. One of our favorite parts of the hotel was the rooftop bar. The atmosphere was fantastic, the drinks were excellent, and we loved that they served complimentary snacks with our cocktails. It was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. We also really appreciated the complimentary coffee each morning, which was a nice touch. The level of hospitality we experienced truly stood out. Every interaction with the staff was warm and accommodating, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. Thank you for making our trip to Italy so memorable. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! Honestly, nothing comes to mind. Our stay exceeded our expectations, and we were extremely happy with every aspect of our experience. The staff, accommodations, amenities, and overall hospitality were all outstanding. We wouldn't have changed a thing and look forward to staying with you again on our next trip to Italy.

Clean, roof deck and bar, friendly staff

Breakfast was great and served on their lovely Roof terrace. The entrance was hard to find as it is a small hotel and a busy street corner

The front desk staff was always super friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting important Roman sights and also experiencing a vibrant neighborhood with food and character. The rooftop bar is a beautiful sight, but the drink prices made it prohibitive to experience more than once,

The staff were kind and helpful Room 503 is horrible, floor 5 is right under the rooftop bar and it is SOOO LOUD especially at night and when setting up breakfast in the morning, it was so bad

Great people! Great breakfast and very well thought out and put together. Entertaining Sea Gulls… The bed was hard. Room felt old and with out passion..

Really enjoyed our stay here; we were traveling with my daughter for a girls' weekend. The staff was very helpful, and the breakfast was charming with a beautiful view of the city. The room was a good size with a rainshower and a comfy bed. The location was also handy for exploring.

Personal attention from staff starting from when I made my reservation. Help with booking activities overall logistics. Special thanks to Agatha for her exceptional help . Location is ideal . Daily breakfast and rooftop venue is phenomenal. Single room was somewhat basic but rest of facility made up for it.

Excellent location. Amazing breakfast and bar on the top roof. Very friendly staff. Noice from the street if you want to open windows . But windows have very good isolation from outside noice.

The friendly and helpful staff. The room had everything we could have wanted including complimentary toiletries, fridge, safe, dressing gown, slippers - even a bottle opener. Breakfast on the roof terrace overlooking the buildings of Rome was a delight. The central location. We would stay here again if visiting Rome. It was quiet yet in the heart of things. We were able to walk almost everywhere we went. Nothing, but it would be helpful to have a little more drawer space.

We had a wonderful three day stay at the Otivm! Our room was nicely appointed with a comfortable bed, nice big towels, and plenty of hangers in the closet (important!). The roof bar is quite lovely for breakfast or an aperitif. The staff are all very friendly, knowledgeable, and Lucca the manager is a wonderful guy who has great recommendations. Plus the location is excellent, especially for a first-time visit to the Eternal City. Highly recommended!
