Location! Every spot is easily reachable from this B&B. The rooms is really ample so we relaxed ourselves after each active and hot day in Rome. The breakfast was also really fine. Our family liked the sandwiches, the cappuccino and the fruit cups. Due to the best location, the traffic noises may be unbearable to some guests but if you have a noise-cancellable headset the noises won't disturb your nights. And the hotel kindly prepares ear plugs and it helps you sleep well.

Location and views!! The beds where totally bad. And the door didn't even close well, but it have a camera and they said it was safe.

Perfect location! Responsive host and staff. Noise. But it is understandable because of the location.

The location

Location, location, location! So close to everything. Property was roomy and light with a somewhat bohemian vibe. Daily refresh on towels, toilet paper and light tidy Breakfast at the restaurant next door was excellent with friendly service. Very noisy. Continuous sirens from the street. You definitely want your earbuds here. Could use a place near the door to hang coats and also a small microwave.

Excellent location, personal checkin was great.

The location was great! Amazing walkability. The staff was really nice and responsive.

The location was excellent - a window view of the Altar of Italy is hard to beat. Close to transport and supermarket. The check-in was frustrating. There was no-one to meet us and we had to communicate with the host via an intercom on a very noisy street. The man who served breakfast at the bar was grumpy. WiFi was average.

Very good location close to all attractions Missing shades in windows and shower hangers

Location was perfect!

Location is very convenient to most of the landmarks.

The apartment itself is quite large and perfect for our family of 2 parents + 1 young adult. And did I mention the A/C in the middle of a Roman heat wave? AMAZING!! The location was superb, and breakfast was fabulous and served at a café two doors down. We had to wait outside the apartment door with all our belongings for about 30 minutes while we waited for the check-in person to arrive. We previously communicated our approximate arrival time. That was a little rough after an overnight flight. But other than that...it was fantastic!

-Great location, walkable to all major attractions. There are lots of bus right in front of the apartment, easily access to Termini and the airport. The owner is very accommodative. Room clean service every day. Breakfast and the elevator is a plus. N/A

Location is amazingly convenient and within walking distance for all the big sights!

Great location in Rome. Most of the major attractions are an easy walk. Check in was easy. There is an elevator. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. Rooms are large and easily accommodated 3 adults. Breakfast was at a bar just down the street and it was good. Good coffee, pastry, fresh OJ and fruit. Easy access from Rome Termini train station by bus, taxi or even walking. Simple trip to the airport using Uber. Massimiliano quickly responded to our questions. No major issues. It is on a busy piazza so it is a bit noisy but the high quality windows helped. Some of the shades/window coverings need to be fixed or replaced. The bathroom has a tub with a hand held shower which was functional but not ideal. A regular shower would have been preferred.

Great location and great welcome host. Good response when power went off. The rooms were large and roomy. Beds for sleep were dated and not as comfortable as a 3 star or higher hotel. Tv controls either didn’t work or were no explained better. The bathroom was dated and the shower only had a bathtub with a small hand held spray and very difficult to use or shower off.

Everything was great!

The accommodation was amazing, the owner was helpful, interested, kind, allowed early check-in. The most beautiful accommodation in the city we have ever been to, you are literally part of living Rome. The view is incredible. Plus, there is a bus stop at the accommodation. An elevator is available for people with mobility problems. Perfect, we will definitely be back.

The place is great! Clean, spacious, with a great view and amazing location! 10 min to Colosseum, 10 min to Fountain di Trevi, 10 min to Pantheon. It's very easy to get into, the host is giving a very detailed instruction in case he can't meet you in person. Available if you need anything, very helpful, made even a list with the best restaurants and coffee places to make it easier for guests. As the flat is in the tourist hub, the traffic is very heavy and it's noisy, even during the night, but the host found a solution for that and provided noise cancelling ear plugs! ?
