Staff were extremely helpful and accomodating. A special mention for Soraya who made us welcome on both our recent stays at this hotel. The location is just about central for all the best known tourist attractions which can all be reached by a short walk. The hotel is spotless and is very quiet due to the triple glazing everywhere. A nice little touch is the minibar, which is stocked with soft drinks that are all free for the first night of the stay. The room is well stocked with essentials such as a steamer, iron and ironing board, and an umbrella, which is some other hotels you have to ask for. Absolutely nothing.

The location was amazing, walking distance to everywhere you want to go in Rome. The staff were very helpful in all ways. The staff at the restaurant were very welcoming and helpful especially Ruka! Variety of the food at the breakfast could have been better. Room service food was limited, I hope to visit again and find more food options especially for late night.
