The location was within walking distance to many attractions.

Laura was wonderful, she helped with all of our needs, pastry and juice breakfast, plenty of cold water, drinks and snacks all day long and she made sure there was a taxi at the door to bring us to the airport at 4:30 am. The room was great, location was great, within walking distance to all attractions, shops and restaurants. We did take a bus to Vatican City, that was a bit further but the bus is so easy. Number 64 took us from the Termini train station to our room and again from our room to Vatican City. 1.50 euros each. Make sure to validate your ticket at the yellow box on the bus! There are huge fines if you don't and get caught. As a side note, the first floor in Italy is not the ground floor like it is to us in the states, it is actually what we call the 2nd floor, so if you are older or have mobility issues keep that in mind. We are early to bed early to rise. Some street noise and noisy neighbors were a bit of a nuisance but not enough to keep us from staying there again.

We had never been to Rome and were only there for 1 night. The location couldn’t have been better, taxi stand right on the street for early airport ride. The property overlooks ancient ruins, is walking distance to Trevi Fountain and the Pantheon. We loved having delicious restaurants outside our door. The value and overall experience was great for a one or two night stay.

We had a truly wonderful stay right in the heart of Rome! The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the main sights, restaurants, and charming streets. The room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and felt so warm and cozy, which made it perfect for a romantic getaway. What really stood out was the staff—every single person we interacted with was kind, welcoming, and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. We felt truly taken care of. It was the perfect place to relax after long day exploring the city. We’re so grateful for this experience and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Rome! I love everything

It was extremely well located and many restaurants within walking distance. The host was so welcoming and all facilities excellent. Breakfast was available and suited us to help ourselves at any time. Water, tea, coffee, cake and extras available all day. Super shower! Difficult to find at beginning but next to Largo de Argentina which was central and had a taxi rank next to it. Breakfast was self serve but suited us well.

Very noisy

Location. The photos do not resemble the actual rooms. We had a double room.the furniture was shabby and there was mould on the bathroom walls and an unpleasant odour. The bathroom issue could be easily remedied.

Its location is excellent. Right at the heart of things, bus and taxi stands at the end of the street and a temple view from our room. Easy to walk to most places and we caught a bus to the Vatican. Staff were friendly and answered any questions we had/gave suggestions. The breakfast area is a bit dark and drab. The breakfast offering was basic and we felt like we were fuelling ourselves rather than having a lovely experience. The communal areas are shabby. The air conditioning in the bedrooms are linked and so you have to have a communal temperature, we opened the window to cool down, which let the noise from the street in.

“Temple View” was in a great location and was clean with very friendly and helpful staff. The property had floor boards throughout so were noisy when someone walked on them outside the room. Maybe a carpet runner in the main walkway and a rug/mat in the bedroom would remove this issue. The lights were also left on overnight in the hallway which came through the room.

We researched this out and found this area to be ideal and central to all the sites we wanted to see in Rome. From our hotel room we could easily access all the major tourist spots that Rome offers by walking. We were given the corner room/suite, which had incredible views from each window, especially the one directly overlooking the Largo di Torre Argentina ruins. It is also very close to the Pantheon. We walked to all the major sites from here. The staff was incredibly helpful, and the breakfast was help yourself, serve yourself, simple and quick, which we found to be exactly what we needed prior to heading out on a full day of exploration. We especially enjoyed the bottled waters stocked in the fridge, located in the breakfast kitchen area which was always open and available. We traveled in early September, and it was still pretty humid and warm out so the cold waters really helped us out. The room is European small, but that was fine. The bed was comfy and the room was clean and tidy. The bathroom small and compact, but again, met our needs. The shower was great. We enjoyed the room, the view and the overall location. There are so many hotel options in Rome, we found this one to be in the mid range and a decent value for the money. There is no big signage announcing the hotel, so we walked around for a while and in frustration called the hotel for directions. Turns out we were at the right address and location, however the front door was a very unassuming wooden door in the alley way with a very small sign in a group of 2 other small signs. Once entering this door, one must go up two flights of stairs to find another small signage identifying the hotel name, in which you enter a very small entryway/hallway which is the front desk of the hotel. We wish we knew these details prior to showing up. Once you know all these details it's not an issue, but the very first time turned out to be frustrating and difficult. The room is a bit out of style in the decor and furniture but very cute none-the-less. Watch out for the one small step down as you enter the room, especially if you enter in the dark.

Very nice welcoming and helpful staff. Noise between rooms travelled. The window blocked most noise from outside but the inside was not well insulated.
