Location was excellent. Terrible instructions on how to find the door to find the lobby, just a wood door with a ring pad. Should have been a part of the reservation. Elevator was almost big enough for luggage. No instructions on how to operate, bad way to start the day after an all night flight. Will not use again. Lobby noise came right in the room.

Great location, easy to reach main attractions by foot. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed and clean sheets, changed every other day. Room size was OK, even bigger than in a hotel my friends booked nearby. There is a bus station across the street and a taxi station as well Awkward entrance, no sign above -may be difficult to find first time

The room was much larger than I expected. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Located centrally near Piazza Venezia. No full time concierge. I would have liked more help with locating services such as making reservations for museums or restaurants.

Very comfortable and clean Too many stairs and turns to get to our room and not a lot of outdoor signs to see where the entrance is

Loved the room outside to relax and have a glassof wine after touring the city.

Brilliant little hotel/appartments. Only thing I have to say is the staff are such a credit to themselves. So welcoming and helpful, making our stay just that bit better. Would highly recommend and admire to come back!

Friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. Excellent central location and very close walking distance to the Ghetto. Arrangements for shabbat keys were facilitated. Very comfortable beds, daily housekeeping service. Need to walk up flight of stairs to reception and rooms. Very small elevator just big enough for one large suitcase.

Loved our stay here! The room was clean, and I felt safe during our stay. Highly recommend! We checked in after hours and it was a little confusing finding our room, but other than that we loved it there.
