Staff was great. The room was simple but comfortable Elevator didn’t work. Made it difficult because we have knee problems

Host was very accomodating. We loved the location. Nothing

  • Engine customer Apr 2026

When we showed up, the elevator was out and we had to carry our luggage to the top floor. It was very exhausting and definitely made the stay not the greatest. I understand things happen.

I liked how quiet the room was off the street, the size of the room was great and the shower had nice hot water, the room had a slanted wood beam structure that was very cool. The breakfast was really good for Rome with a nice breakfast room and a very friendly staff person. This place was right in the middle of everything, Piazza Navona a short walk away! There were a lot of stairways twisting and turning, tough with all my luggage. It’s all self check in too, which I guess is a big thing in Rome and helps lower the price.

Good location. It’s walking distance to The Vatican and a long walk to the Colosseum. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

  • Engine customer Nov 2025

Harrison was fabulous and offered so many suggestions on where to eat . We were only there for 3 nights but would definitely go back

  • Engine customer Nov 2025

The location was convenient near Plaza Navona. But very busy the end of October. Rooms are large, light and airy. Harrison at reception was amazing. So helpful and knowledgeable. Delicious breakfast also. The entrance inside the property is very rough looking. Inside the room the floors are badly stained and the shower is very small. The lift is for 1 person only.

This place has the Charm of an old Build with the amenities of what you would want in a Modern amenities. Host allowed our bags to be stored prior to check in time. Room was comfortable wih bathroom included. The location of the hotel is in the heart of Roma so there is easy access to most of the city. Guests need to be prepared to climb a lot of stairs to reach the location. There is an elevator however it is very small and can only allow for 1 guest at a time. I would highly recommend this location to a couple traveling that want to stay in an older historic location that has charm and easy access to the heart of the city. The stair climb to the hotel

Beyond my expectations , delicious breakfast, pleasant private and classy . Staff is welcoming . My only suggestion is for them to place a bigger sign showing there is an Elevator working located at the left side of the entrance. Will definitely stayed here again.

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

Would recommend! Staff was responsive and helpful and we loved both the location and the room itself.

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

Clean and close to tourist areas NA

  • Engine customer Oct 2025

    Nothing

  • Engine customer Sep 2025

A little bit better explanation of how to access the hotel if you are checking in early or dropping off bags prior to check in.

  • Engine customer Sep 2025

The public parking was very difficult to navigate the streets to the closest parking garage. I would recommend you find a parking outside of downtown and take a ride to the hotel.

  • Engine customer Aug 2025

Amazing location very near Plazzo Navona. Great access to restaurants, convenient stores and take-outs. Harrison, is a role model to all for he takes care of guests sincerely. We would not hesitate to recommend to all! Literally nothing we didn’t like.

Top location. Wonderful host helped me with the bag to take it up in the attic room. Super quiet which is a tough one for the center. Nice little breakfast offered even when I missed the proper breakfast time. Super clean and easy to check in and out. Stayed there twice.

Nice value BnB for Rome, ideal location to walk to all attractions. AC working very well for summer

  • Engine customer Jun 2025

Great location, but nothing about this place reminds you of a palazzo. Getting in requires a long code, key pickup was confusing, and the narrow elevator plus steep stairs made access stressful. The attic room was basic with cheap furniture, and I was disgusted to find a large bug crawling out of the bed. Birds could be heard constantly through a crack they call a window. Breakfast was poor — stale crostata, warm cold cuts, and coffee only if you ask. The kind receptionist did arrange a taxi, which I appreciated. Not suitable for families, older guests, or anyone claustrophobic.

Beautiful locations within walk in distance of Piazza Navona and many restaurants. Clean. The stairs to the top rooms are very steep and there was no one there to help me with my suitcase when I checked in. The property did let me know there would be no one there after 1 o'clock but my plane was late so this was an issue. When I checked out on the day of departure someone did help me get my suitcase down.

The property had an amazing location right near Piazza Navona, and puts you within a 20-30 minute walk or 15 minute bus ride to the main monuments like the Vatican, Colosseum, Parthenon, etc. The property is quaint, with very clean rooms and all the facilities to be comfortable. If you are running around Rome, this is a great place to rest. The free breakfast every day was delicious, and Harrison at the front desk is spectacular (we even shared a name!). He is very attentive and provided great service the entire time, and made the contactless check in super easy. If/when I return to Rome, I will stay here again. Would highly recommend to any solo/pairs traveling to Rome. I am taller than average and I knowingly booked a loft on the top floor, so the ceiling getting into bed was on the lower side for me but overall easy to handle!
