Nice and comfortable. Parking

The hotel appears to rely on misleading photos that do not reflect its actual condition. Most of the furniture and room fittings seem outdated and poorly maintained. The bedding and bed throws were visibly old and dirty. The floors in the bedrooms looked as if they had not been properly cleaned for months. The bathroom was in unacceptable condition, with visible mold and poor hygiene. Air-conditioning vents were dusty, damaged, and appeared to be falling apart. The rooms had an unpleasant smell, and overall cleanliness throughout the property was far below acceptable standards. We also encountered insects in different areas of the room, including the bathroom and living areas. Sleeping comfortably was nearly impossible and became one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. To make matters worse, the hotel initially gave us a different room from the one we had booked. When we requested the room we paid for, the staff claimed that no alternative rooms were available. However, available rooms could clearly be seen online. After a full day of complaints, they finally moved us, but the replacement room was also dirty and poorly maintained. Overall, this hotel is not suitable for a 4-star rating in its current condition. Poor maintenance, inadequate cleanliness, misleading advertising, and unhelpful service made this stay a complete disappointment. I would not recommend this hotel to families or travelers expecting the standards normally associated with a 4-star property.

The breakfast was okay, I would hope there was more fresh fruit but otherwise its good. The location was nice but a bit far away from the centre

Average size, but comfortable and clean room, bed and pillows were very comfortable, everything needed was in the room at its place. Friendly staff, maybe dinning room service should be a bit quiet when cleaning tables and bringing plates back to the kitchen. Was noisy. Coffee maker should prepare coffee drinks from ground (bean) coffee not from Nescafe powder - gosh! This is Italy - home of taste and elegance. Reach and tasty breakfast, an extended choice of food. Drink bar and restaurant at hotel. Table reservation in restaurant recommended. Hotel situated in nice area, Sacchett Pinetai park opposite, green and pleasant place with nice view on St. Peter's Dome. Bus stop at the hotel, good coonection to city center. Supermarket 5 mins walk. Very nice place, come back again for sure. No complaints

Location of hotel is perfect, right near metro line but just enough outside the hustle & bustle of Rome city. Highly recommend restaurant food in hotel, outstanding and delicious I personally found the rooms quite basic. Everything works but not a lot of TLC! The bed is quite uncomfortable for me as extremely hard mattress but some may like that. The bathroom in need of some TLC but again in worked fine

Used this hotel for a 'boys' (aged 48-62) trip to see the 6 nations match and more. Comfortable rooms with nice beds and power showers. Really good central location outside of the main hub with easy access to buses and metro. Staff were excellent all round with the people manning the reception deserving special recognition for their helpfullness and assistance.

The hotel is placed quite far away from the city centre, but the metro is only 10 minutes walk. Room is quite basic: eve

Good size bedroom. Clean and comfortable stay. Easy access to the bus stop for the bus going to the Vatican. Gated carpark if you're driving. Helpful staff. Breakfast is good. No self-service laundry nearby if you're not driving as the closest one is 5 mins away by car. No kettle in room for a soothing hot drink before bed.
