Reviews

The staff were very nice and attentive. The a/c was great after walking 15 miles a day. Breakfast was nice.
-
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was comfortable and included good amenities. I really enjoyed the rooftop bar. Great location. Easy to walk to lots of restaurants and sites. We had difficulty with getting an invoice after we checked out, needed for work expenses, and were told that we had to request before check-out. We should have been informed or offered an invoice at check out. It makes this hotel less viable for business travelers. The power also went out for a few hours, but I believe that was a neighborhood-wide issue.

Breakfast and location were great Rooms were kind of small but good value
-
The beds were not very comfortable

We love staying in Trastevere. This was our first time staying at Trilussa. It’s slightly further out from the center but that just made it quieter. The hotel was very clean, lovely roof top, kind staff, spacious room, and quiet location.
-
It's a little old, but for the price it was very good value

The staff was so friendly and helpful. The hotel was really clean and the location was great!
-
Great breakfast Wellness option is too expensive.

The breakfast staff was lovely and friendly and helpful. Fabiana is wonderful. However, some more variety would be nice, and the eggs could be warmer…overall the hotel is nice, the restaurant is good, but the best thing is the excellent, helpful staff in all phases of operation. Carolina greeted me warmly when I arrived, and it felt like home.

nice room n helpful staff a little far from the city center but good rail service outdoor the hotel

The staff is very nice and the location is amazing! Nothing!

The property is beautiful, clean, and has a 24hr. Staff ready and willing to assist with any questions or concerns. There is a nice size gym available for use, breakfast lounge, beautiful restaurant, as well as 3 spas that are opened 24hrs.

The wellness spa was a perfect must after several travel days and lots of walking! I only wish I had realized I could have also booked a massage! It’s all about the wellness spa and the roof top! Excellent choice and quiet!

Elevators were a bit tiny but worked well.

The staff is very nice. The rooms arr super clean and we loved the location Nothing

Overall our stay was very good, friendly and helpful staff. The location was good for the purpose of our trip and has good access to public transport. Breakfast can be improved - too basic, the quality of the coffee requires improvement, one would expect betted quality in Italy. Also, there was a lot of noise from the neighbouring rooms.

The staff is always great. They are very attentive and always make our stay enjoyable.

Staff was exceptional. Every one was friendly, most spoke at least some English and Carolina at the front desk was extremely helpful. All very kind. I arrived very early and they had my room ready by 9:30 AM (check-in time was I believe 4 pm!). They held my luggage for me and called me when the room was ready and allowed me to eat breakfast that AM as well. Helpful with directions. Room was nice, clean. Wifi worked well. Rooftop restaurant and breakfast were solid. The neighborhood was quiet and had many small restaurants nearby. It is a bit of a walk to the center of Rome to see tourist sites (it was very close to my work conference), but there is a tram immediately next to the hotel. I felt the room rate was quite reasonable. I was very pleased - everything was either good or excellent.
-
Breakfast and rooftop bar. Upgraded to larger room was a plus. Bathroom floor needed to be washed.
