Sam, the manager was wonderful, accommodating and helpful. The location was good and although the breakfast was in a facility a few doors down the street, it was lovely! The property was adequate but definitely needed updating and attention. The bathroom was severely lacking with poor lighting and an extremely small shower stall (and I am quite a petite lady). There was a central kitchen with refrigerator, however the stove was off limits and there was no way we could heat up any purchased groceries or leftovers.

-The accommodation is in a good location in Trastevere. -Room is comfortable and clean and host was nice and responsive. - "Breakfast" consists of one croissant, one water, and one espresso offered at a cafe next door to the accommodation. You cannot choose or adjust this at all and the cafe staff were not friendly. Would've been cheaper to just order directly ay a cafe instead of paying breakfast via the b&b - Kitchen facilities only include nespresso machine and fridge, you are not allowed to cook anything or use the facilitied beyond the coffee machine. - shower did not drain and needs deep clean.

Furniture was very, very old. We needed to share the kitchen with other guests, and that shared area is under surveillance, which didn't feel comfortable - but we understand it's for security reasons.

Pastry, juice, and coffee next door at the cafe was good. Great wifi. Shuttle service to the airport. Room was small- not room to hang out in the room and no extra living space.

The location was very central. Close to bus, tram and Trastevere train station. The towels provided were new and fresh and the room is very big with space for your luggage. It is quiet in the room. Il Fornaretto supplied us with a free coffee, juice/water and cornetto every morning. They open at 07:00 so we could make use of every hour in ROme. I think the kitchen can be equipped with a microwave. The shower needs a deep clean. The bed is very noisy.

The location waa good and around 40 minutes walk to center and close to public transport The breakfast wasn't optional and you have just one juice, one coffe and one croissant and I couldn't drink coffee and asked for hot chocolate and they said is not possible to give us hot chocolate instead

The property was clean, within walking distance to the heart of Trastevere, and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast at the cafe was nice. Simple and clear check in procedure from the host. Felt safe due to multiple locks. Based on the listing, we had thought that it was an apartment with a kitchen. When we arrived, we discovered it’s 3 private rooms with shared kitchen area and you can’t actually cook in the kitchen. We had leftovers and thought we could at least microwave them, but there is no microwave. I think this should be clearer in the listing. We have also stayed at numerous B&Bs throughout this trip (mainly on the coast) and they always had daily housekeeping, so we were surprised to find that that wasn’t the case here.

Sam was great, he was helpful and there for any and all of our needs. The location was great with plenty of awesome food option nearby. The room itself was clean and well taken care of. The building was nice and felt very safe. Breakfast next door was nice, although the staff were often annoyed at our presence lol. Overall a decent accommodation. Overall our stay was fine but I have a feeling the apartment may have been haunted as weird noise, random things falling over, and just an overall “off” feeling occurred daily. Other than that there was construction happening (not Sam’s fault at all) but it was mostly fine. I personally think the room would be greatly improved with a television.

Great food at the cafe next door for the breakfast included. Spacious bedroom space with room for luggage The bed is very hard and firm, the room I was in was next to the road and a parking space with lights all evening, this caused the bedroom to be lit up while trying to sleep.

Location just 10 mins walk from the River and main Trastevere eating places. Friendly host we only saw at check-in, easy access to the building with a chip (then a code and a key to get into the apartment area). Coffee machine and some cookies. Voucher for (good) coffee&croissant&juice as breakfast in a bar 10meters away. Apartment was spacious but not luxurious, big bathroom as a plus. Could hear people come and go and when they sat in the kitchen area (noise went through the crack of the door or/and walls?)

Sam was great in settling us in to the accomodation and answering any of our queries. It was also good that we could leave our luggage before check in. Trastevere is a great base to explore all that Rome has to offer. It would have been good to have bus and tram stops and timetables to help us to get around to the various highlights of Rome and interesting areas to visit.
