It was very quiet and clean! My brother and I appreciated the great air conditioning in the hot summer weather, and the location is right in front of a bus/street car stop (super convenient for travelling across the city). Would highly recommend staying here!

Everything was just as expected and easy to navigate. The instructions for entry were simple and effective, the room was exactly what was needed, and they even had ice!!! As an American, this is very important. Breakfast was in a local shop down the street with many options and great cappuccinos. Easy to walk to local restaurants and shops, as well as right on the tram line to take the tram into the city center. It was an even better experience than expected. Nothing I can think of!

Location. Ease of check in instructions. Out of the way of the crowded streets of Rome. Super walkable. Not an issue but we overlooked the fact the we had 1 room (w full bath) in a flat w 3 other rooms w a shared kitchen/common area. Thankfully, the other family/guests were very quiet & respectful which made this set up work.

Great location in a quiet area yet still close to everything you want to see. We loved our stay. Room and bathroom was very spacious and allowed us to spread out. Room was exceptionally quiet despite facing the main road. The walls and windows were really well insulated - I am a very light sleeper and had no issues. Excellent hub for us for our second time in Rome.

Nothing, everything was fine

The location was spectacular! Being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and the light rail was great! We were able to walk across the river and into downtown Rome (and the Vatican) so long as the weather was nice. There are some amazing breakfast cafes and street shops all around as well. In order to access the front door, you need to call and speak with the "remote front desk" who can unlock it via internet. However, the phone service and internet is not good in the front lobby and reaching them took a few tries.

The location and the equipment

Walls were thin—this was tolerable, but payment became a stressful transaction. I waited for some time with no one around to take payment… nothing great or comforting/ charming or warm about it otherwise. The above stated (as a smaller than expected apartment set up…) transaction is problematic.

Great location, walking distance from Trastevere’s gastronomic heart and some of Rome’s iconic monuments. The shared kitchen is a plus, full equipped and always shining clean.
-
Location to public transportation. The shower cord fell off immediately when turned on. I was not able to take a shower. Three lights were out inside the room. This is basic maintenance that should be checked during check-out of the last guest.

The main door key definitely took a few tries but we had it down by the second day! It did scare us a bit on the first day but a nice gentleman from the building showed us the way!

Fantastic location in the heart of the beautiful Trastevere neighborhood full of restaurants and quieter than more central neighborhoods. Well maintained clean building. The room was comfortable and clean. The room was a bit smaller than expected and it was impersonal no staff and only coffee in the common area. A bit more of a personal touch would have been nice with more amenities like a light breakfast or variety of drinks - but all in all it was a pleasant stay.

It was in a great location, easily accessible and the hosts were super communicative, friendly and flexible. It was clean and perfect for what we needed. Highly recommend the location outside of the madness of central Rome but close to loads of restaurants, stores, etc. Nothing.

Great location in Trastevere near public transport. Solid value for Rome. Nice cleaning lady. The self check in is atrocious. Following the keypad instructions does not necessarily open the door, making for a precarious situation for anyone who is trying to get in. The lock was a cheap digital lock that did not even use a language English or Italian speakers can read. We and another family had to try and try and try again just to get the door open. It was not reliable, so think of how you feel wondering whether you can get in after a night in the city. In the morning, you hear other guests struggling to unlock it and the frantic ringing of doorbells to get in. The lock system was just awful, and it was a stressful, hectic check in— really put a dent in our short dip into Rome. Worst is when we complained, the owner acted like we were the problem. So consider that

Close to bus stop. Secured building. Updated clean interior. Services didn’t function well: No hot water for a shower! Not that it matters but water pressure was also extremely low. Coffee pods were not available in the kitchen. Customer service couldn’t respond in time for a shower. Accessing property was like an escape room activity: too many instructions. We needed an overnight stay before heading to the airport and this did not meet our expectations.

I usually don't stay in a B&B, but for the visit to Rome, I decided I'd give it a go and boy am I glad I did. This B&B exceeded my expectations even though they were pretty high based on other reviews. Very cute room, impeccably clean, with a large comfortable bed and it was very quiet. I really got to rest well after all the sightseeing. The hosts will go out of their way to make you feel welcome and they are very, very helpful so it's a bonus to stay with such good people. On top of all, the tram and bus stops are literally in front of the building so getting around is super easy. Location is perfect - all the hype that Trastavere neighborhood gets is on point and this B&B is the perfect choice. My stay could have been a bit longer :)
