The location was good and the staff was very friendly and nice. The room had a chilled bottle of Champagne for us when we arrived which was very nice. The elevators were very small and slow which made me feel very claustrophobic, and as a result I only used the stairs. Our room was on the 4th floor so that was a workout each time. The decoration inside the room was strange. they have light fixtures with air, so when its turned off it looks like some fabric cover draping over and when the light is on the air blows and the fabric fills - that looked very silly. also the sofa and TV bench were oddly placed and there was only room for 2 people to sit, even though we had a family room for 4. The beds are ok, hard mattresses, not super comfy.

The staff were exceptional, especially Rebecca. Very helpful answering all our questions about local places, arranging transport to the cruise terminal, etc. For non-locals labeling the light switches would be very helpful.

Great location in Trastevere and close to tram and bus station and a short walk to Colosseum and other sights, clean and tidy, stylish, great staff and good breakfast. No wardrobe. Just shelves and collars

Very nice property. Comfortable room. Very clean. Can’t say there was anything we didn’t like.

One night, not bad. Had enough of what we wanted. Not much personality, kind of weird accommodations, a bit noisy.

The staff was excellent. Close to places. Easy to get cabs The restaurant staff was awful. They waited on many people after we sat down. No water. No interaction. Will never go there again
