The location was perfect for anyone who want to enjoy going to the lake side and Gardaland park.. staff were very helpful and supportive .. it’s clean and well maintained Parking was an issue

No long mirror

Location 2 min walk from termini + bus stops. Place was clean No coffee in the room and breakfast place charges €4 for a cup of coffee. Shower handheld thing didn't work. They have one mirror in the bathroom and I was traveling with a friend, not a spouse. We had to wait for each other to get ready every morning. We didn't encounter this problem in any other place we stayed in Italy in the span of a month. They charge €7.50 per person per night for taxes. I stayed in other places in Rome during the same month and tax was lower in other places.

Cleanliness and location

The staff was friendly and exceptionally helpful in helping our large party navigate the city. Drinks in the hotel bar were delicious and so was dinner.

Lobby and check in were fine and staff was very friendly and helpful. Seedy area, flimsy shower that didn’t drain well, deadbolt that had been broken into so it didn’t work(maintenance replaced the strike plate but damage to the surrounding woodwork was apparent), shades were worn and few amenities in the room.

Clean spacious rooms. Proximity to various restaurants and 5 minutes walk from station. Very helpful and friendly staff. No bathroom sleepers and asked to comedown to collect room supplies like coffee and sugar.

Convenient, clean, good breakfast!

Davide at the front desk was exceptionally helpful to us. We had a medical health concern that would affect me flying home transatlantically. Davide assisted us by speaking to the medical facility we wanted to go to so that we could secure an appointment. He also phoned for a taxi to take us there. We had to stay an additional night, and we saw Davide again as we checked out and had a very nice chat. We also appreciated the staff in the restaurant. The gentleman who works during the evening dinner time period is also exceptional. He was a pleasure to speak with and made our stay with UNA Deco Roma even more enjoyable.

The breakfast was the standout. Fresh food, great range and coffee.

The location is perfect just a short walk from Termini. The area is safe and convenient within walking distance of various sites. You do have to clamber into the bath to have a shower. great for those with long legs, not so good for those older and shorter.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. Location was good, very close to termini station, but lots of restaurants and tourists walking around, did not feel unsafe.

Room was a little stuffy, but otherwise great!
