Villino Corbelli

The property is absolutely wonderful. the owners are very accommodating and willing to help. the location is absolutely perfect: all kinds of restaurants, stores, and even lovely church for mass. close to many bus lines and the B1 Subway that bring you right to the heart of Rome . but buyers beware, the stairs are tough. And it's the only way to get upstairs. so, if you have bad knees sadly, this might not be the place for you. I suggested they put in at least a small stair lift for the longer flights but I know it's not aesthetically pretty but it's 75 the stairs kill you.

Very nice architecture and design of the whole building, close to a metro station. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast mostly consists of fresh cornetti and coffee, and some other sweet options (which I understand is a typical Italian breakfast, but you might be used to other types of buffet) Breakfast is not the main meal for Italians, they usually take their coffee on the spot with something small and sweet on the side just to get a boost for the day. So, if you're planning on booking with them, we advise you to enjoy their fresh pastries and then grab a sandwich as you go sight-seeing. The shower is a bit narrow.

Villino Corbelli is a lovely B&B. It is very beautiful and romantic. Very nice staff and gorgeous lab puppy! Extremely close to the underground station (half an hour ride to the city center), and good restaurants in the area

Very nice building. The rooms are nice, stylish and clean. Very tasty croissants in the mornings. The owners are nice. There is a metro very close by. The surrounding area is a bit rough. It isn’t very central.

Comfortable bed, very nice house, friendly and nice staff Breakfast is poor and self served in a very small common room. Bathroom in the room has basically no privacy. The garden is beautiful but we couldn't spend two minutes there as mosquitos would bite us at any time of the day

Breakfast coffee and croissants were great, I would add fruit perhaps. The location was really good, quiet neighborhood and right next to the metro, it was easy to get around the city. The decor with antiques and art was lovely, garden too. My room was detached from the bathroom, it wasn't a real problem, but maybe the only thing to note.

Good location, it's right beside the metro line. Really nice hosts, provided great facilities and rooms are cleaned everyday. Beautiful little B&B with a lovely garden area surrounded by trees.

Fresh croissaints for each morning, AC without extra costs, own coffee machine for every room with refilled coffee-capsules, the garden is very nice and romantic, the villa is well designed, and the owners are very friendly. One of the room's bathroom usually gets steamy, no great airflow. However, it is still comfortable, just dry your clothes elsewhere.

As it is well stated in the hotel description, there are lots of stairs in the compound. It will be difficult if you have big luggage .
