Clean, easy acess and warm stuff

The air conditioner wasn’t working properly, so I couldn’t warm up the room — it gets really chilly at night.

The owner was awesome at helping us get to the place and letting us check in early

It was decent price for 1 night 1. Location - no way u can make it there in the morning. Busy location. Area looked like it’s Pakistan and not Italy. Also, there are no any signs of how to find this place. Pictures are misleading , it does not look even close to what the pictures show on Booking.com 2. Parking - there is none. Just for ur understanding, this is just a community house with a bunch of rooms. We did not end up staying in this place as we were extremely tired after 20 hrs flight and we could not understand what the cleanining lady was saying to us (we don’t blame her).

Convenient room with comfy bed. The bathroom was very functional and sparkling clean. Good breakfast every day. Our host was friendly, responsive and effective. The location was convenient near a metro station. We shall return!

Our stay at the b&b was characterized by cleanliness, kind and helpful staff, and the utmost dedication from the host. We requested chairs and a table for our terrace if he could make it happen, and he did, that very evening when we got back to our room. Another detail is that at breakfast, we got to meet a cute, fat, orange kitty! She looked like a loaf of bread. Other than that, we liked that our room was cleaned daily, and that the bathroom was always stocked with fresh towels and new showering gels, and shower caps. There was a funny accident during the first day. The shower has two heads: a tiny one that you can hold, and a big overhead one. The switch that we used to toggle between them was tricky to operate at first. So the first night, I shower and tell my friend to be careful with the overhead shower. Five minutes later, I hear a lot of cussing and yelling from the bathroom, and she comes out with her hair wet ??. A thing we had real trouble with were the sliding doors in the room and bathroom, which can be difficult to unlock.

Good for metro/bus. Virtual check in worked but was cold and unnerving. The place itself was noisy due to all day drilling being done, smoky and the breakfast was very poor. We got the impression that the woman who did the housekeeping really couldn’t give a monkey’s.

This was the best place to stay in Rome. I wish I had booked this place earlier. It’s a little far from the center, but very accessible to metro. I left a pair of earrings on the sink when I was washing my face, and it was never returned to me

Ideal location for metro in central Rome. Room was very clean , bright and modern with excellent bathroom and shower. Comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was very good with seating on balcony available. Staff were welcoming and very helpful. Would recommend and use again Nothing to dislike

Very clean, well maintained, check in very smooth A little noisy from the upstairs appartment and from 7:00 am with the preparation of breakfast in the room right next door.

Excellent check-in experience, friendly staff, very nice and homely breakfast and very clean room. Also, location very close to the metro station makes it an excellent option for Rome! The room was close to the breakfast room and entrace, hence we were often woken up by other guests returning late at night or having breakfast early in the morning.

Clean, good shower/ bathroom. Comfortable bed. Access to room was different on arrival. The rooms are in a residential block of apartments off a busy street. 4 keys are needed to access room but once you get your head around that it is good.
